Boston's Pizza Restaurant & Sports Bar — Restaurant in Irving

Once had a good review it last Saturday we had to walk out.

So we get in a very nice hostess ask us where we prefer, we said outside and she pointed to go out and pick our place

We sat down around 8.10 pm about 8.20 blonde waitress comes over and said you taken care of? No we are waiting. She said oh I will call somebody for you.

8.30 nobody come but 5 minutes before a table behind us gets taken. And somebody come to take their order.

Then comes with drinks, so I stopped her just saying hi, sorry but nobody has come to take our order, and just so you know we been here sometime before your table. Is anybody going too come for us? She shrugs her shoulders And says oh ok. Do t know and walks away. No sorry, no oh let me get your drinks at least nothing.

Waits 10 more minutes and now not in good mood a lady brings drinks to another table next to ours that was already there. I again call her and ask for seervice I said can I take our order? She gets the typical whatever pose and expression and says I guess I could ... Hmmm really? Not wanting to make a bad moment for my friends we tell her what we want. She leaves. 10 more minutes nothing. Btw this ladies breath smelled like alcohol. And sure was not the child's cup she had on her hand, cause was from the child in the table next to us

The blond lady looks again but runs away. At this point we have been sitting with morning but the menus for 45 minutes.

So at this point I told my friends wanna go eat some wings next door?

And we went to enjoy some buffalo wings.

Not sure if is just careless service or was discrimination. But I'm sure will NEVER come back...

Boston’s in Arlington is one of those hidden gems that most people don’t really know about, which makes it all the better. They’re open until 1 a.m. during the week and until 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday, making it one of the few spots in town you can count on late. It’s a fantastic choice for Sunday football, with plenty of screens, good drinks, and hearty food to keep you going. MUCH BETTER SERVICE THIS TIME! Our server was Breanna (I think) (sorry if I misspelled her name) and she was a million times better than what we expected seeing our last experience here was a -0

We came in pretty late which tends to pretty much upset a server guaranteed even though they are open until 2am but our server wasn't upset. She was very attentive without being too 'in our face' which was nice.

Our food was delicious, hot and quick which is a plus. We definitely look forward to coming back.

Food was good (even at room temperature) and came out pretty quick but we also came in a bit past 10pm so there wasn't a lot of people in here. Originally I was going to give four stars but it dropped to one star immediately after it taking fifteen minutes for our server to realize that I had no silverware to eat my food with. That's after fifteen minutes and a flag down mentioning as much by my boyfriend. She didn't even ask if my dinner needed to be warmed up or if it was okay as is. Not a bit concerned. NOT COOL! So I starting writing this review, ate my room temperature food and kept my mouth shut.
