Friday, September 15th, 2017 at 10:45am. Well, I'm usually a huge fan of fuzzys, but this particular experience at this particular location leaves much to be desired. For starters, when I walked in there was an employee sitting next to the entrance door smoking. I said good morning, he just grunted and blew smoke at me. That is honestly when I should have turned around and went somewhere else. When I walked in and got to the counter to order the blonde that was running the cash register was more interested in the conversation with another employee about what time they got out of bed to take my order so I had to repeat it 4 times. I had to tell her twice that I wanted small drink so I could get tea and not a water cup because she was listening to her coworker because it was apparently more important for her to hear about her coworkers morning than it was to do her job. Now, I will preface this next part with the statement that I understand that I am a mover microwave and I spent all morning moving a three-bedroom apartment into a home. So I understand that between sweating all morning and moving dust that I probably don't have the absolute best appearance at the moment. However, the blonde behind the counter taking my order did not have any reason for looking me up and down turning up her nose and saying that I didn't look like I had ever been to a fuzzys before and proceeded to give me instructions on how to get my order. That was actually extremely insulting. And even after all that, they screwed up my order. When I mentioned that my order was wrong, the Hispanic lady that had made it in the kitchen area acted like she couldn't speak English and just pointed towards the silverware and said "there". I had to repeat that my order was wrong 3 times and when she finally decided to do something about it, she rolled her eyes, huffed, made it obvious that it was some how my fault that she made my order wrong and cussed me in Spanish thinking I didn't understand what "pinche idiota" means. I have attached a picture of my receipt so show how easy my order was to make and that I didn't have some massively complex custom order. The only reason this location gets 2 stars is because I believe in giving credit where credit is due. The location was clean and the blonde female bartender with a tattoo on her left arm was quite pleasant and friendly.

Updated review: I just came by to collect a complementary replacement order for a cold order I was given. The ground beef nachos oh em gee so good!!! And good portion size for the price. And thankfully pipping hot this time. I must say they the times they have messed up my food they make sure it's right next time. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Shout out to manager DAVID I think that was his name. He went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my shredded chicken salad when it was missing my feta cheese. He said he was headed out anyway and drove to me instead of having me drive back to get it since I was in my lunch break. Wow Thank you! Very rare these days to find workers in the food industry that actually care. A diamond amongst zirconia. Ha! Now I will say I wasn't a fan of their vinegarette dressing. To me has more of an Italian dressing taste but this is a "Mexican food" place. They need to offer a different type of vinegarette maybe some kind of chili lime or cilantro lime or even something similar to the dressing that Chipotle serves would be great! Not a fan of iceberg lettuce for salad but it's cool. At least they offer salad. Previous review: the simple Queso and seasoned chips were good. I've never had such chips. I don't know what's spinkled on it but these chips are top tier.

Visited Fuzzy's on April 24th, 2024, and our experience there was beyond what we were expecting. First we ordered to go, but we ended up sitting at the patio area to join some fuzzy Jenga game... Place was not too busy, yet staff was very aware of keeping up with the customers and such. The Young gentleman at the entrance was absolutely polite and professional when it came to taking our order. Another member who stood up was A young Caucasian (mid 20' maybe early 30's) male with blue hair... He was super helpful with the crowd outside... Making sure everyone was taken care of! (No one wears name tags!). Now, let's talk about the food....I ordered 2 quesa-birria tacos and one birtia bowl.... I first ate my quesa-birria tacos and I was just so taken by the flavour! Then... I started with my birtia bowl and it completely blew my mind!!! What a brilliant idea to add the rice/beans/pickled onions/cilantro sauce and chips to it!!! It was absolutely delicious!!! As someone who knows traditional Mexican Cuisine.... Fuzzy's.... I appreciate the amazing twist!!! Definitely recommend this place for the service and food!!! 🫶🏼😊

I have to tell you these Fuzzy's Taco are really just about my favorite fast food mexican food but sports bar also. Started coming for the Shredded Chicken salad served up in a giant stainless bowl dressed with healthy but calorie busting Avocado Ranch! Delish! Had the brisket and the grill shrimp tacos! Wow! Breakfast had the Brisket breakfast burrito. A gut buster for sure stuffed with brisket that melts in your mouth. I had scored it 4 stars but honestly the 4 stores i have been to are just to good so heres a BIG 5 STARS! Difficult to get to but I tell you not sure thats gonna keep ppl from coming here. Its just that good. At every one I been to(4) always consistent and always good!!!! Dos Equi on draft!!!😀😀 $-$$ THE NEW CORN DISH IS VERY GOOD! I TRIED IT TODAY IN OAKLAWN LOCATION. I always tell someone there " It is good AGAIN!!!!" The 4 I have tried are Irving(not my favorite location), Glade location(EXCELLENT always friendly and always for the customer, me), Rufe Snow location (again very good customer oriented), and Oaklawn location( always good). I assume these are franchises so although they may have to follow some basic rules you could get bad service at some locations. The 3 locations I spoke highly of get my 5 stars. The Irving store is hard to get to and it does need to boost their customer service rating. Seems that some who visit here are not receiving the same good service found at other stores. Maybe management should look into what is wrong before they lose their...

So I heard by word of mouth that all tacos were a dollar today. So me and 9 other coworkers placed orders over the phone and was told it’d be about 20 minutes before it was done. We got there about 25 minutes after the order was placed, only half was done, so we grabbed a spot at the bar and waited. Then we hear the lady at the Togo order spot telling people that the tacos were dine in only. So I went to find a manager to see if he might be able to help us out since the other 9 people are back at the office patiently waiting. He just ignored me. I had another coworker with me that went to try and get him to help us resolve this issue. He ignored him too. So we finish our drinks and I see all our orders just sitting there. So we go back to get that manager and he ignored us once again. So we were just gunu take the cold food and go, but the Togo lady said there was a manager somewhere not doing anything that could help us. It’s now been over an hour since we’ve been here. She says she can give us the deal, but she can’t comp us for the cold food. So we were forced to pay. I bring all the cold food back to the office, everyone is livid that they paid so much for cold food. So everyone starts calling for refunds and now we are just being hung up on. Not to mention half the food we ordered was made wrong. We all love fuzzys and expected way better then this nonsense. Very displeased...
