Let's Roll Ice Cream & Boba Tea — Restaurant in Irving

Very dirty establishment, coming inside all the tables, floor, windows & trim, vents and etc... all filthy. That should have been the red flag, but we gave them a chance. Also, they don't properly clean the ice cream rolling tables, and do not even clean or keep the rolling utensils in the water, looks like its been sitting in the dirty metal container all day long. And the plastic spoon holders were all filthy dirty inside. The toppings were all stale, peanut butter & nutella tasted old and had very old gummy texture due to it being really old, so I basically threw the toppings away first and tried one bite of the rolled ice cream, but threw that away too. This has to be the most dirty ice cream & dessert place I've ever been to in my entire life. My wife threw away the toppings due to it being old & stale, but ate some of her ice cream but threw hers away too. My 7 years old daughter took a couple of bites of her vanilla ice cream and threw hers away, too. My wife's daughter threw her ice cream rolls away after a few bites, too. I should have taken videos and photos of the filthy stuff. It's my fault for ignoring all the red flags of a dirty establishment. We highly recommend you and your families stay away from this nasty...

If I could give it zero stars I would I drive here a good 25-30 min to get rolled up ice cream there closing time is 12AM Saturday and got there at 11:05pm / 55 minutes before closing and as I was looking through the menu they say they are out of rolled up cream. I came to a place that’s named “Let’s roll ice cream!! For you to not have the number one thing you’re supposed to have? I believe it’s only because they did not want to clean up after anymore since all their tables to roll the ice cream were clean and they were already picking up. They offered regular ice cream like on a cone and that is not what I went for it’s a disappointment because I really wanted to try it but I’m definitely not coming back here if you want to close at 11pm then put your time to close at 11! Not 12AM “out of rolled ice cream” looking like Mc Donalds ice cream machine when supposedly it goes out but they just don’t want to clean it up. Do better. Or close early if you don’t want to work late and have to tell customers you’re out of rolled up ice cream at 11pm just because you don’t want...

I recently visited Let's Roll Ice Cream and I must say, I was blown away by their incredible ice cream and desserts. Their mango and kulfi ice cream with coconut shavings was simply divine, and the quality of their desserts was evident from the first bite. Not only was the ice cream delicious, but the presentation was also impeccable.

Aside from the fantastic desserts, the customer service at Let's Roll Ice Cream was top-notch. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. Their attention to detail was impressive, and I appreciated their willingness to help me choose the perfect ice cream flavor.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Let's Roll Ice Cream and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great ice cream shop. I will definitely be returning to try more of their delicious flavors and to experience their excellent customer...
