Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Irving

This makes my 3rd attempt trying to preserve from this location. There is one lady who seems to be missing a few screws, because the first 2 attempts in trying to place my order, She wasn’t successful. All I asked was to split the tab between myself and my coworker. This lady places the entire payment on my coworkers card and then ask me if I can just give her the cash. I didn’t feel as though I should have to explain myself, especially since I asked in the very beginning if the transaction could be split in two. A few days later, we then try to order food for work from this location and I’ll be damned if we did t receive the same lady to place our order. When reading the menu we notice the carry out prices for the pizza, and this woman tells us we are wrong, we hang up and get a gentleman this time around and low and behold, our first attempt order what we wanted was granted..smh, please keep this lady off the phone and continue to keep the ones that know what they are doing...

I had issues a few weeks ago and decided to give it another try since it is the closest pizza hut to our house. I ordered online, my card was charged I waited. after over an hour of waiting I called the store and they did not answer. I called the contact center and they read my order back to me and said it had not gone through, I took a screenshot of my order in the app and the associate said she would be transferring me directly to the store. I spoke to an associate from the store who said my order was not in the system when I went back into the app it had "disappeared" she informed she would transfer me to her manager. I waited on hold and after a long time on hold the manager said they could not do anything because it was an app issue that they were having and I could order directly through them but it would still take time for the...

I have ordered pizzas from Pizza Hut for years. I like prefer Pizza Hut over Dominos, Pizza Inn or Pappa John. However, the service from this location is so bad I will not eat Pizza Hut again. I have tried to get delivery...took two hours. I have tried pick up and stood around for 45 minutes AFTER I called the order in. Plus while standing in the lobby, i had to listen to 2 employees yelling and cussing at each other. The final straw was I placed an order, was told that 2 pizzas would cost $16 but then a delivery charge and tax was an additional $11? I have tried to cancel and have been jerked around for 45 mins while trying to get a hold of the store....
