Update your hours on Apple Maps if you’re “closed” , or at the very least don’t pick and choose who’s order you decide to take , we get there at 9:30 per Apple Maps saying you close at 10 , there’s one car on the second window who’s order was being taken and was being made (if you’re “closed at 9” then why are you still taking one at 9:30🤦🏻‍♀️ , we get there and the lady doesn’t even bother to open the window and speak to us just shakes her head no and moves away , as we’re pulling out another truck was behind us and they open the window and start taking their order and speak to them, when we couldn’t get that at the very least ? 💀 she could’ve had the decency to at least say we’re closed or we’re not taking any...

Not what I expected. I guess I was spoiled by the delicious flavors at my previous snow cone place unfortunately they retired. But all fairness I did give this place a try 3 different times over a month. Ordered 5 different flavors for the whole family, 3 with cream. The flavors were ok but the ice itself was super watery. We felt like it was more like a watery slushy instead of a snow cone, AND there was definitely no cream at all whatsoever! I asked if there was cream they said yes but when we compared the strawberry with cream and the strawberry without they were both the same. Long lines were NOT worth the wait for...

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. BEST SNOW CONES IN IRVING AND CHEAP TOO!! I have been coming here since I was a kid. Now I take my niece almost every 2 days haha we love this place it’s like our bonding spot. We always get the rainbow snow cones. Great sizes and cheap I always get the jumbo and it’s only $6. I always recommend this place when people want ice cream or something cold. The only thing that sucks is the place is so small so many people come here which makes the lines long and also unsafe because it’s in a fiesta parking lot so cars are always zooming into the parking lot not...
