This was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever seen in a restaurant!!! I'm a very regular customer here, almost once to twice every week. I come in tonight at 8:50 and ask for a full snappy salad. When I get to the end I asked for grilled chicken, and the employee tells me they dont have any more. I said I wish you told me before I ordered my salad so I asked for other options, and settled for Salmon. She processed my payment at the registrar and after she was done I asked if she charged for half or full meat, and she said it was for half (Ofcourse its their job to ask me what I wanted before they charge me!!). Then I asked her to add another half portion Salmon and it was another $5.5. I then asked since Salmon is more than Chicken to charge me the same as they charge for chicken since they failed to communicate to me that they didnt have chicken when i first ordered. Then another woman came to the registrar and asked what the issue was, and I told her they didnt tell me they r out of grilled chicken and need to charge me for chicken. She said tells me very rudely "no you pay for Salmon and its last minute" and turns her back and walks away. I said if its last minute you need to tell me that, and I then ask her and said your other employee failed to communicate that to me, so she rudely answers no she did, and I said no she didnt and I said why are you talking to me as your customer in a rude way. She then starts pointing with her finger and says you are talking rudely to me. I told her you need to be respectful when you talk to your customers, then she turns her back and walks away!! I ask her for the manager, and she says Im the manager. I said you shouldnt walk away while you are talking to your customer and you need to learn how to talk to your customers, she completely ignores me and doesnt even look at me!! I then ask her for the general mgr name and phone, and she refused to give me the # and then says you can Google it!!! I asked her for her name she said Its Daisey and the whole time doesnt even look at me. I then told them I dont want your salad and left!! I'm in disbelief how a place that charges almost $20 for a salad hires people with terrible customer service skills and talk so rudely like that. If you have owners or GMs that care here they need to watch their camera and watch her body language and how turned her back to the customer the entire time!! Great job Snappy for hiring...
Read moreI visited the location yesterday for the first time. My friend is a salad lover so we came to this location. After doing so researches on salad places we where very impressed with this one. I truly like the setup of all the different vegetables and items that you can add to your salad. Are you can just pick from the menu of the different types of salads. I kind of wish it was larger but I can see the concept what the owner had in mind being small. The salad was excellent all the different toppings I could add to my salad. I believe I scored good with my friend. She really like it to. Her daughter wanted us to try it out for her personal review off the place. The staff was very friendly and helpful with me being disabled they really walk me through the whole set up. Our salads was to go. One suggestion if you can get the bags with handle it will be much easier for once was disabled are partially paralyzed in one hand to carry the items out. But I will be back again...
Read moreIt's amazing what great customer service and knowledge can do for a dining experience! I wish I got her name, but the young lady who helped me in my last visit was truly exceptional. I've been to other Snappys at other locations, and it's always the service that's lacking. The food is what keeps me coming back. This time however, I went in to redeem my free half snap. I've always had issues with redeeming stuff here in the past, and right off the bat, she explained how to get the most value from the reward. Even though thru trial and error, I've figured it out, she explained up front, which I really appreciated. She went thru each ingredient to make sure I wanted it. It was the fastest, most efficient experience I've had at any Snappys and will definitely be coming back to this location. My bad for not asking her name. It was around 3:45pm on 8/20/19 and she wore glasses. She was just great. Highly recommend...
