I am extremely disappointed with this place. They are not consistent and do not care about their returning customers. My boyfriend and I have ordered Pad Thai with beef 3 times now in the last two weeks because we loved it!! The First time we both got level 3 spice and it was great, but my boyfriend wanted it more spicy, so the next time we ordered, he got level 4 spice and I stuck with level 3. Both were great again, but I ended up liking his more, so last night we ordered pick up again, and this time both got level 4. We got home to eat and after the first bite our eyes were watering. It was so unbelievably spicy, not at all like before when we first had it. It was not edible and we were not able to eat it, so today I came back to order another 2, because we genuinely like this place and wanted it for dinner. I brought the two pad Thai from last night that were completely full because we both took 1 bite, and told them I hate to complain and we love this place, but this wasn’t edible nor the same taste as the first time we had it. I told them to try it and they didn’t.(I honestly would have liked to see them be able to eat it, bc I doubt they could) They did not care, and instead argued with me that level 4 is spicy and all of the level 4s taste the same, which is false because we had already had it before. Only reimbursed me for 1 and I had to pay for the other. I was honestly shocked. I’ve been in the service industry for 12 years and when someone orders a $68 ribeye and it gets sent back, they send out a new one and don’t charge the customer again. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, and sadly we will...

A Delightful Thai Experience with Exceptional Service

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this charming Thai restaurant, and I must say, the food was absolutely excellent. The Pad Thai was perfectly balanced — the noodles were cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of tangy tamarind sauce, crunchy peanuts, and fresh herbs. Every bite was a burst of authentic flavor that transported me straight to Thailand. The Mango Sticky Rice was equally phenomenal, with ripe, juicy mango slices paired beautifully with the creamy, subtly sweet sticky rice. It was a delightful way to end the meal.

The pricing here is very reasonable, especially considering the quality and portion sizes, making it a fantastic value for money. What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the amazing customer service. Our server, Lucky, was incredibly attentive and seemed to anticipate our every need before we even realized it ourselves. Whether it was refilling drinks promptly or recommending dishes, Lucky’s warm and thoughtful approach added a personal touch that made our meal even more enjoyable.

Overall, this restaurant offers not just great food but also an inviting atmosphere and stellar service. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic Thai flavors and top-notch...

I had seen Zaap Kitchen advertised on Instagram quite a bit and decided to finally give it a try. It’s a counter-service restaurant with indoor seating and a menu featuring a mix of Thai and Lao dishes.

For a counter-service place, the prices felt high. We ordered three dishes, and the bill came out to almost $50 without drinks. Unfortunately, the ordering experience was disappointing. The woman at the counter didn’t greet us, didn’t repeat our order, and didn’t even tell us the total—she just took the order without much acknowledgment. Since it was our first time, we wanted to order with a person instead of the kiosk, but it almost felt like we were bothering her.

As for the food, my crispy rice was flavorful and enjoyable. The curry, however, was overpowering to the point where I felt it needed to be diluted. Portions also seemed small for the price.

On a positive note, an older gentleman (possibly the owner) came in as we were leaving, and he was very friendly, which was a nice contrast to the service we had earlier.

Overall, the food was okay, but between the high prices, small portions, and unfriendly service, this will likely be our first...

SO FREAKIN TASTYYYYY. I got the Lao papaya salad (not super sure on the difference between the Lao & Thai style is) & the combo pad see ew & a Thai iced tea. It all came out to about $35. It sounds pricy, but the portions are pretty big & I have more than half of the salad & pad see ew left. So I'm deff getting at least 2 meals out of it. I got the 3/5 spice level for both & I felt like i could've handled the 5 easily. It truly wasn't that spicy. But what it lacked in hotness, it made it up for in flavor. Ugh. I love this place now & deff coming back! Also the 2 ladies that helped us were SO kind, helpful & welcoming. Obsessed w them!! Such sweet ladies đŸ«¶đŸœ
