We received a warm reception from a young lady, Christian. She answered our questions, was very helpful, and personable. I upgraded my scoring to five because this was in marked contrast to our first visit. The store has its act together now.

We were surprised nobody greeted us when entering this new store. Also that the cashier wasn't able to answer a basic question about whether a salmon was already ready to eat or not cooked.

The store is new, staff likely isn't trained to answer questions on this Saturday afternoon before the official July opening and an employee did thank us for coming as we exited. My wife and I stopped in today. And how cool to get to meet the CEO of Wild Fork! Olga Martinez. She was amazing along with a few other regional leaders. Now, on to Wild Fork Great Customer Service. Amazing selection of meat and seafood and vegetables. And drinks and sauces. So much more than I anticipated. And. Good prices too. We stopped by as we wanted to look around the new store. Fantastic selection of many, many meats and seafood. We bought some ground elk and Chilean sea bass. Everything is flash frozen at processing which preserves the freshest taste and meat is still perfect. Not mushy in any way! Pricing was reasonable also.
