HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have been going to this location for the past 6 years. Ever since I changed my drink to the Royal English Breakfast tea latte they get it WRONG 90% of the time. It's a standard drink and I don't change anything about it but somehow they put in the wrong tea bag or no milk (which makes it a latte) or no sweetner that it's suppose to come with!!! They would either remake the drink or give me a gift card. I don't want the gift card or the apologies or the remakes or telling me that you will retrain your staff or that mistakes happen!!! I mean C'mon this happens ALL the time!!! ALL I WANT is for it to be made correctly the FIRST time, afterall we all pay good money for these drinks!! That being said, today the GM-JOSH stated that they have been having this problem WITH ME for awhile and that maybe I shouldn't go to that location anymore!!! Excuse me?! OF COARSE I'm going to have a problem paying good money for a tiny drink that is ALWAYS WRONG!!! How is it that the locations on Beltline, Southlake, Grapevine and down the road on Macarthur are able to accomplish this most simple task and that this location consitently doesn't have the capability and poor attitude on top of it all!!?? JOSH stated that he personally made my drink this second time around and that he knows for sure that he put in the correct tea bag when clearly it wasn't since the name on the teag bag was EARL GREY!! Read moreI went to this Starbucks with my boyfriend. This isn't my first time going to this location however this is my first time receiving this horrible service. We went to the drive thru and ordered a vanilla bean frap with a blonde double shot on ice. It took almost 30 minutes to get thru the line. And after the long wait, the beverage didn't taste right. The vanilla frap already melted. It's liquid not frap. There's something missing in the double shot. There's supposed be 5 shots in it however it didn't taste like it. Then I asked for an extra cup of milk but the barista said per his manager I have to pay extra money for it. I've become a loyal Starbucks customer for many years. I've never ever been charged for a cup of extra milk. There's usually a can of free half and half and skinny milk on the corner in every Starbucks stores. I don't understand why I have to pay for it this time. The most disappointing part is the terrible attitude from the barista and the store manager. Based on Starbucks mission, "Creating a culture of warmth and belonging, where everyone is welcome." I don't feel welcome, I feel they just want us to leave and serve the next customer. Read moreWalked in and not one single person (of the four working) even so much as acknowledged us. Didn't even look up at us! We stood there for over 5 minutes and finally, I spoke up to get someone's attention, to ask for service! All the available tables were dirty (only 2 other customers in the store at the time) so I asked for something to clean the table with. I had to ask multiple times to get something so I COULD CLEAN THE TABLE MYSELF!! Nobody came out to do it!! Nobody here spoke, nobody was smiling or friendly or.... NOTHING!! My teenage daughter literally said "it's like they're all being forced to work here...". I was ignored each time I went to ask something, until I spoke up a bit louder, then someone would finally acknowledge me. This place needs employees who are happy (or at least act it), personable and will acknowledge the customers on the other side of the counter who are, essentially, paying their wages. Both my daughter and I had already made our minds up that we WON'T be coming back here, before we had even received our entire order! THAT'S BAD!! This store needs a whole new crew.......
