Hello again, I'm writing to inform you that I recieved the coupon to replace my sandwich from the O'Connor and 183 subway. However when I went to redeem the coupon at the same location today I again experienced another unpleasant experience. After placing my order and sandwich was made the employee refused to accept the coupon due to the coupon being only acceptable at another store. I explained that coupon was mailed to me due to a prior issue with my last order,,,the young lady- cammie absolutely took it upon herself to refuse my coupon even after her co-worker suggested to accept it. I am extremely disappointed with the repeat unsatisfactory customer service with this subway. I don't understand why I must drive 10 mins to another location. Lastly its extremely disappointing that I choose to be a patron at this location to support a Vietnam veteran owned business. The employees at this location are extremely continually are unwilling to give satisfactory customer service. Lastly after I was refused service the young lady made the statement "what a waste ". Very appalling.

My friend vomited and i simply could not eat mine. I was told by the young lady that because 1 bought it at 1:25 and reporting it at 4;45 she couldn't do anything but make me more food. the owner said it's been 5 hours. they cannot count nor present you with the proper food i see. i spent $18.64 all i want it my money, why would i want more of their nasty food. the owner needs to make this right.
