04/09/2023, I was not going to order from Domino's ever again but my kids desperately wanted to eat the food. However, just like a month ago, the dang on food has this weird taste. I ordered two large pies with pepperoni, one small pie with pepperoni no cheese and an order of buffalo wings. The wings were not cooked at all. I ordered 8 wings and only got 6 in the box. They are pretty much raw. I have to pop them in my oven. One of the pizza's was clearly pre-cooked I can tell by the weird taste and the browning looking cheese. The second pie was cooked new and it was perfectly fine. The small pie was cooked and good too. This store can not be giving people pre-cooked food and food that has sat for a long time. Cheese does go bad. My kids picked up on the weird taste this time around. It is definitely a no for me. Domino's is officially off my list of places to order from. It's so sad because I used to work at this location nearly 25 years ago when it was across the street from Maple Garden's apartments. SMH.
I ordered this evening at around 6:00pm on the dot, food arrived at 6:23pm. I like fast but what in the early morning prep is this. The cheese had a weird taste. My kids said they couldn't taste it but I'm sure it's bad. I can even smell it a bit. My wings was supposed to come with 2 Ranch but it came with 1 Bleu Cheese. I even have to put them in the oven when they get here because they are cold and not thoroughly cooked. I also do not like the fact that the printed sticker labels are no longer being used, except they stick a receipt halfway in one of the boxes which clearly tells me they used cancelled orders and old phone and overdue pre-prepped food for customers, especially the wings and breadsticks. Read moreTerrible customer service from their staff. Even the manager Kennedy was rude. I placed an order, recieved an conformation email and text saying the driver was on their way. Over an hour later I received no food so I texted back asking where is my order. I was told there was no order found. Then I called twice because they had me on hold for a long time and explained what occured in which I was first told no order came in from me then there was an order but the number was wrong. They could make the order and send it to me in an hour to which I declined and asked for a refund. I was told I would have to wait 3-5 business days to receive the refund. I called a third time asking to speak to a manager in which I was on hold for 20 minutes. When the assistant manager Kennedy answered I explained the situation again to which I was told the delivery guy came and called the incorrect number so since I didn't answer they continued with their other deliveries. This wasn't making since to me since I was told I didn't place an order at first and if the number was incorrect you have the correct address. Kennedy explained that they could have assisted me but since I cancelled my order she has no more business with me. I explained to her that I cancelled becausde I didn't want tk wait another hour for my food and now I'm inconvenienced because I have to wait additional days for a refund. She was not trying to help me in the situation so I told her I would call corporate office and asked for her name. She stated Kennedy and then tried to insult my intelligence by spelling it out for me. Cool. I will NEVER order from this place again. Terrible, Terrible Service. Read moreVery rude customer service we will be calling the corporate office. Do not order from store #4517 we ordered a large pizza (which was cut wrongly) we ordered wings and a 2 liter soda. The driver was nice, but he showed up with a 20 oz sprite when we ordered a 2 liter coke. We called the store and they said it's the driver's fault, then they went on to say there was no 2 liter coke in stock. Then why not call the customer instead of taking my money and giving me a smaller replacement. My spouse spoke to a manager only to find out there was soda in the back. They refuse to give a refund so they basically stole our money. They offered a free soda next order, do you really think I would order there again? What happen to the carry out insurance? The carry out insurance is basically a scam, because they do not abide by it. The manager do not care about customers because obviously I see other complaints here. Maybe corporate can get through to them. I was trying to have a relaxing New Year with my family with some pizza and they ruined it. Save yourself the drama and order from Papa John's. They have better deals and better customer service. The only reason we ordered Dominos is because we got a gift card for Christmas. We paid the difference by credit card. Go to Papa John's and leave these rude people at Dominos alone. I will be using strictly Papa John's and Little Caesars from now on. My household is forbidden from ordering dominos.
