Update: I unfortunately will not be back nor will my company no longer be ordering catering due to the attitude I received. The guy slicing meats was rude when I asked the customer next to me if they had ordered, I am never rude which is why I asked first so I do not jump in front of anyone, the guy slicing the meats just yelled at me saying what you want! let’s go! I don’t have all day! Then said something under his breath. I still politely ordered, payed for my meal and left. I felt very uncomfortable after that experience. Bad customer service will get you no where and it’s unfortunate. I didn’t place my usual large orders for my company due to that reason, bad customer service. You should always treat your customers nicely especially if they are nice to you. No longer spending 300 to 400 a week on orders here for my company.

Past experience: Listen. I have been coming here for well over 15 yrs, its been 4 yrs since I been there and I went today. The subs are still great, that roll is so fresh and tastes like butter! I ordered a honey turkey and yellow American cheese sub I spent $15 and I ordered through DoorDash. The sandwich came with a $.25 bag of chips that I paid $1.25 for and the Sandwich came and it was disgusting. It was made disgusting it looked disgusting. It’s trash. I really wanted to give them a higher rating because as a customer before mentioned, it was under a different establishment. “Blimpies” that being said, If I am paying for a pricey sandwich I expect to get what I pay for. I see photos of a stacked sandwiches and I barely received any steak and toppings on my bread for $11.00+.
