Dunkin' — Restaurant in Irvington

This Dunkin Donuts was excellent up until 9 months ago. I go there everyday for my coffee and bagel. In the last five months, three times I ordered a bagel with butter and have gotten cream cheese. I guess I need to stand over the worker to see if they can get it right. The turnover in workers are new people every week. I may have to drive out of my way to get the order correct. I am at work and called and was told to come back but I do not have the time so I will not have anything to eat once again. Very disappointed that this dunkin donuts has changed so much. My orders from this location have been consistently wrong. They also don’t tell you when you’re placing an order if they’re out of an ingredient needed to make your item. I’ve been told numerous times after the fact and then been forced to make substitutions. I would rather not order the item all together.
