Disappointing Inconsistency at McDonald's London Road

I've placed multiple mobile orders at this McDonald's location on London Road over the past 90 days, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently hit-or-miss. About 6 out of 10 times, I'm simply "satisfied," and true satisfaction (where I'm genuinely impressed) only happens perhaps 1 out of those 6 times.

The primary issues revolve around quality control and order accuracy:

Sandwich Preparation: My sandwiches are almost always assembled carelessly. Ketchup, Thousand Island, tomatoes, lettuce, etc., are frequently scattered inside the box instead of being neatly placed within the sandwich itself. This is consistently disappointing. French Fry Freshness: Fresh fries are a rarity, perhaps once in more than ten visits. They are typically hard and don't meet the expected standard.

Another significant point of frustration is the inconsistent handling of mobile orders for pickup. Depending on the time of day, orders are either placed in the designated mobile pickup spot or simply left on the main counter. This creates unnecessary confusion between in-store and app customers. On two separate occasions, someone else inadvertently took my order from the counter. I didn't realize it until I had left, as my app showed the order as completed and staff confirmed there were no more mobile orders. This was incredibly frustrating, resulting in a loss of $22 each time for food I never received. It's not the customer's responsibility to verify other patrons' orders.

I genuinely like this location due to its convenience and affordability. I sincerely hope to see significant improvements in quality control and overall customer...

Filthy inside and not at a busy time of day. Flies crawling on EVERYTHING, very nasty. We had to keep shooing them away from our food and beverages. Also had to ask a team member to wash a table for us as they were all dirty. One staff member was mopping floors then went right back to serving customers (getting ice cream treats) WITHOUT WASHING HANDS! In addition to dining room being nasty the restroom was the absolute worst I have ever seen. It was the women's restroom and it was grotesque....poop, pee and "other" ladies fluids on top, sides, inside and under seat of the stool...disgusting! Not sure if men's room was as bad...

We listened to younger staff being reprimanded by a manager very rude and sarcastically. Was not constructive criticism at all.

Burger, small fry and nuggets sat on tray (NOT warmer) while they waited for more fries to finish cooking for value meal. By the time they were done rest of the food was cold. Burger super sloppily put together....nothing like a cold, sloppy burger.

Absolutely disgusting experience....will NOT return and would NOT recommend this...

I'm not one to complain or publicly blast a business but this is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to!

Went there last Saturday night. Yes I was one of those people that showed up 10 minutes before close but I didn't know that they were closing at 11 p.m. Online says they are opened until 1 a.m. There was a car in front of me and we sat there as another car pulled up in the other drive thru. No one would answer the intercom. 3 minutes until close they shut off all the outside lights. The car in front of me left. So I went to the Intercom and said hello? A guy said we are closed in rudely tone. I then went to the drive thru window and there were several people talking and laughing in the back room by the pay window but they wouldn't acknowledge me. This McDonald's is a joke. I don't know why I keep going back but I get nothing but rude and poor service. Food seems to be getting more and more disappointing as well as the service. Nothing but negative things to say about this...
