Ben & Jerry’s — Restaurant in Issaquah

I ordered ice cream from a DoorDash App and was sent the wrong item. When I called the store the girl who answered said they didn’t know so they assumed because they said they didn’t have my number but they have called me before when I had ordered from them previously . I asked them to fix it and she said they can’t and told me to call DoorDash. I contacted DoorDash and they apologized and sent what I was told was the correct item back over to Ben and Jerry’s for the correct item to be sent to us. The guy working tonight (10/27) called from Ben & Jerry and was extremely rude and said I needed to take it up with DoorDash because the item is not something they have and that the website is wrong . He told me that he was going to cancel my order. I told him that I can do nothing about the items that are wrong on the menu and that I still wanted my order but would pick something else. He then said, well what do you want..but he said it with such rudeness. This is a terrible way to speak to a customer. It is not my fault that I ordered something on the menu that the store doesn’t have and I shouldn’t been spoken to that way. This kid needs to learn how to speak to people. It’s...

The ice cream is very good, no complaints there. The store has an air of neglect about it. It's not clean, it's lightly staffed by unenthusiastic teenagers who'd clearly rather be somewhere else, and the facility is kind of a mess - the ceiling panels are missing (even though there is a grid there) so you see all the dirty HVAC pipes hanging over your head. The cake display is pathetic - sad little cakes that aren't covered and have no labeling (no expiration dates or ingredients??) with cracked icing makes you wonder how long they've been sitting there. Overall, you can count on good Ben & Jerry's ice cream there but don't expect an experience. Might as well...

I LIKE ICE CREAM ok so here's a story: I saw Stranger Things 3 a few weeks ago and the part where Steve and Robin are bribing the girl with elaborate sundaes with waffle come sails and all that made me REALLY want some wild looking ice cream contraption. Obviously I wouldn't be able to eat the whole thing by myself, but I was craving the raddest, baddest, most colorful pile of ice cream.
