Came here with my husband and 10 year old daughter to fill a pregnancy craving. Ice cream was the usual quality, the store was clean, the employees where helpful but did not appear friendly or that they were enjoying their job. My favorite ice cream, always has fudge in it and considering that most of their signature ice cream concoctions include fudge, I consider that to be as equally important as being stocked up on their ice cream flavors. This day however, their fudge machine was broken so they did not have fudge but had only chocolate syrup. I hate chocolate syrup, the texture, the consistency, the gritty sugariness in the sauce. It's really just not my favorite and I never opt-in for eating it. It's really just surprising to think that their fudge machine is broken when it seems like such an important topping even in their own signature creations. It's also quite a bummer but they don't have peanuts. They have pecans and I believe they also have almonds but they don't have peanuts. I understand some people have peanut allergies but it is not up to me to accommodate their allergy nor is it up to restaurants. People have a large range of allergies, I don't understand why peanuts seems to be the new hype in protecting those with peanut allergies. Whether it's my kid who can't bring a peanut butter jelly to school or now there's no peanuts on the airplane or no peanuts at Cold Stone, it's getting absolutely ridiculous. I swallowed my own sense of entitlement this day, got my plain vanilla ice cream and went over to Fred Meyers for fudge...

I recently had a fantastic experience at this ice cream. The variety of flavors they offered was incredible, and I decided to try their lucky charm and coconut ice creams. I must say, it was a delightful combination!
