Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Issaquah

Food is solid. Comparable to other locations. Site seems clean and orderly.

I'm usually not a reviewer for places like this because I get it, it's low wage, low motivation... however... In this case I'd just like to bring some attention to the front cashier woman who was snippy and blatantly passive aggressive when I came in to pick up an online order...(during a not busy time, no other patrons in the establishment)...I haven't been here in a long while, so when I hadn't seen the sign for where the pickup location was initially, (usually a long one side of the prep area)... within 3 seconds of turning around to check the register, I was quickly and passive aggressively directed to the piece of paper on the till saying order pickup, as well as a small addition on the main sign that blends into the order board. (Not obvious to those who order ahead, or who enter from a side door)

I'm not sure if she was having an off day but her tone and verbage was uncouth and uncalled for, for such an insignificant enxhange.

If this order pickup misdirection is problem enough to incur passive aggressive exchanges between staff and customer, id strongly suggest adding a sign for patrons at the side entrance that indicate order pickup is at the register. Instead of relying on a piece of printer paper and a blended in sign...

First off, I am a big fan of the JJ franchise and I get food from them regularly. Specifically this store is the closest to my house and I buy food from here fairly often.

My 2 star review is because nobody in the staff at this location wears a mask anymore (August 2021). They have dropped if off over the summer which I personally did not mind because cases were dropping and the vaccines seemed to work. However in the light of the delta surge in WA and the new research showing that even vaccinated people can spread it, I no longer feel comfortable eating food prepared by people without a mask.

This is an evolving situation to which we all need to adapt. Therefore I will not be eating from here until I see staff masking up, especially since there are alternatives. (most other food provider staff is masked in the area). I am respectfully asking the management to reconsider their mask rules. When this is addressed, I will also alter my review to...

I've been a regular at this particular Jimmy John's location for a while now, and it's been consistently impressive. The food is always spot-on, but I have to admit, their Gargantuan sandwich has a special place in my heart (and stomach). It's massive, packed with flavors, and although I probably shouldn't make it a habit, I find myself ordering it EVERY TIME. It's just that good.

The staff here deserve some praise too. They've always been super kind and friendly during my visits. I've always believed in treating people with kindness, and it's great to see that when you do, it's appreciated and reciprocated. It makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

For anyone looking for a quick, tasty sandwich, I'd definitely recommend this Jimmy John's location. Whether you're a fan of something as hearty as the Gargantuan or prefer one of their lighter options, you're in for a treat. The combination of good food and pleasant service makes it a...
