Had a very bad Friday night 6//05/2020. Ordered curb-side pick-up around 7:15PM. Got email and text, food will be ready between 7:54PM-7:59PM. Wow great! Checked in @ 8:01PM to pick food up. Were told food will be out in a few minutes, sure no problem, I understand they have other guest waiting to pick up food too. About 20 minutes passed, and the young lady working curb-side pick-up comes and tells me that our food was given out to someone else by accident and that she had spoken to manager Ron and Ron had told her that we would get our order pushed through and would be out in a few minutes. Ok, almost “2 HOURS” later still no food. So I ask to speak to Ron the manager and he tells me that he is barley going to start working on my order, and that I will have out to me shortly. So by that time he tells me that because of my trouble he is going to comp. half of my order. Ok, and when he shows me my ticket or what he thought was my ticket, he has the wrong order. So I had to tell him my order # so he could get my order and amount correct. So another 15-20 minutes later, so now we are going on almost 2 1/2 HOURS, we finally get our food, check food before we left, and the instructions we had requested for food in the online, were not done. By this time with the frustration of waiting 2 1/2 HOURS for food and then given to us wrong, we just took food and ate after some corrections of our own at home. It has been a week and Ron still has NOT comp. half my meal like I was promised. Very unhappy with the service and very unhappy being lied to. Read moreI ordered the 6oz sirloin with avocado and asparagus with no pico de gallo. The server brought me the 6oz sirloin with avocado BROCCOLI AND PICO DE GALLO. Someone else brought me my food, not my server (I get it, they have helpers but they too need to look at the order before taking food) and when I told my server she apologized that it was wrong, said she would bring me asparagus but then I also told her the rest of my order was wrong too, that’s when she took the actual plate back. She brought it back and said “oh they put broccoli because we don’t have anymore asparagus.” Y’all are supposed to let us know and give us the option BEFORE YOU BRING OUT THE PLATE. She apologized and was nice. She came like 10 times the entire time we were there asking us to help her pick up all the trash on the table. That is YOUR job after we leave, not our job while WE ARE EATING AND TALKING. My second plate that I reordered, since I didn’t receive what I wanted on my original order (and that’s OK, it happens. Certain foods run out due to vendors not delivering or other customers ordering the same thing, etc) took FOREVER to come out. They should have put a rush on it since they/cooks/etc were the ones who messed up. I’m not one of those people who go crazy mad over a food order but this time around REALLY was not great service. We ordered couple of drinks and couple of water song with loaded machines, bone in wings( flats only ) with Buffalo sauce, Cajuan Alfredo pasta with chicken, Tex mex bowl with chicken, t-bone. After a while we got our entrees and we were shocked to see them before the appetizers. The Alfredo pasta is - 0/5 the sauce did not even seemed to be cooked the only good thing about it is that the garlic toast it came with was nice. One of the worst pastas I had in my life. The Tex mex bowl was nice. We were almost done with our entrees and we still have not received the appetizers. We called the waitress and asked her about it and she was like let me check. She came with boneless wings and we told her what we ordered. We cancelled the loaded nachos. She back and said they cannot do the flats only.😤 We just got the bone less wings. We ordered a molten chocolate cake which was ok but not that great. When we were paying the bill the manager came out and informed that they were not charging for the bone less wings and the dessert. I would have rated them 2 but they accepted there mistake which most people ignore or not willing to rectify.
One suggestion, during this pandemic when you have a huge restaurant have people seated as far as you could but not just close all sections and have everyone confined to a small dinning area. We are not through the pandemic yet. We still have to...
