Bestea — Restaurant in Jacinto City

This place deserves a honest review. Trust me, I hate being the type of person to review awfully especially to a beginner shop but this place does need one. Like, this place definitely needs improvement with their drinks and food because the quality is not it, the service I’ll say is great though.

I am big of boba, matcha, coffee, and all kind of specialty drinks that’s out there but it is indeed really disappointing when the quality doesn’t match the price. Also, I have tried half of menu drinks here already but is genuinely disappointing that every time most of the drinks come out with an awful taste as it isn’t sweet or made with enough love. Makes me question why did I ordered a drink that’s $7 when the outcome of it looks like is worth $1.

Now, is great to see that there’s a local boba shop in our Jacinto City area I love that for our community but this place does need improvement with their drinks and food. Especially, if ya’ll want to get daily usual customers as me but for now I will take break from visiting this place and hope it improves...

Have not actually been here but my husband orders take out, first two times it was delicious but yesterday they gave us vermicelli with actual cup ramen noodles, lettuce and pork. Did not look like the other two times we ordered vermicelli which had thin rice noodles, pork, lettuce, carrot and fish sauce. Was very disappointed because I feel like if you don’t have the proper ingredients to make a dish then don’t sell it for the day or until you do. We visited Bestea twice and had a great experience both times! The food was absolutely delicious, freshly made, and full of flavor. It's a very family-friendly place with a cozy and welcoming vibe. The prices are very reasonable for the quality, making it a great value. The lady who served us was so nice and sweet—she made us feel right at home.
