This is a pretty pathetic location. I've come to this location in the past because it's in an area that I frequent and it's always a bad experience. I went tonight around 9pm. I wanted to go in to place my order and the door was locked. Okay odd but no problem. The drive thru was open. Watch out for that huge pothole leading to the drive thru line, it will definitely do major damage to your nice vehicle. The parking lot was filthy with debris and the potholes all around the parking lot is like an obstacle course. I get to the drive thru intercom to place my order and the clerk that decided to take my order after 3 minutes of me sitting and waiting, obviously doesn't want to be there. She mumbled and I had to have her repeat her question to me. I was prepared to order one of the combos but I wanted a large sweet tea and was disappointed when she told me that they didn't have any sweet tea. Major let down because I don't drink soda and the lemonade tastes artificial to me. Read moreI placed a pickup order and arrived about 10 minutes later. When I pulled up to the speaker, I was asked what I needed, and after stating I had a pickup order, I was told to pull around.
There was a car ahead of me, so I waited about 3–4 minutes. Once I got to the window, I sat there for another 8 minutes without any acknowledgment from staff. I attempted to go inside to ask about the order, but the side door was locked. I had no choice but to return to my car and honk the horn.
Eventually, an employee named Abigail came to the window. When I asked how much longer my order would take, she very dismissively said, "They're making it now," and closed the window. No apology. No explanation. After about 5 more minutes, she handed me the order without saying a word—not even a basic “thank you” or “sorry for the wait.”
This experience was extremely disappointing. Waiting nearly 20 minutes for an order that was placed in advance is unacceptable, especially when the staff shows no courtesy or professionalism. I hope management takes steps to improve the customer service at this location because this kind of treatment makes me not want to return.

I walked in for a 12 piece family meal with fries and mashed potatoes and walked out with an 8 piece meal with fries and DIRTY RICE. Nevermind the fact that the dirty rice is one of the middest things on the menu, it took upwards of 25 minutes to receive the wrong order. The lack of preparation is baffling, 2 single employees in the store with a drive-thru that is packed as always. I made the mistake of going inside for my order and this happened as a result. It if it was just one day that this sort of thing happened, I could brush it off. HOWEVER, this particular location is the worst one I've been to, boasting poor service EVERY TIME. It's so bad that the Church's Chicken that got temporarily shut down on Market is SUPERIOR. CHURCH'S. INSANE.
