Arby's — Restaurant in Jackson

I went to this drive-thru with my partner a few months back. They placed our order, as they were in the driver's seat, and ordered a shake for themselves.

The gentleman taking our order asked if they wanted whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. They said yes. We get to the window, pay. The cashier hands over my drink, then hands my partner their shake and the top was covered in chocolate syrup. This is not a complaint by any means, but it was just more than I expected.

As the gentleman at the window starts to retreat back into the building to get the rest of our order, overcome by how off guard the shake caught me, I said, pretty loudly as I have zero volume control, "Chocolate drizzle? That looks like a chocolate dump!" It wasn't clever or funny, just my stupid, uneloquent observation.

The poor guy obviously heard me. My partner stared at me, gobsmacked, and asked why I was the way that I am. The Arby's employee withdrew the rest of the way into the building, closed the drive- thru window and wouldn't be seen again during this transaction.

He had someone else deliver the rest of our order, which I cannt blame him one bit. I still feel so bad because I'm pretty sure he was the one who made the shake. For what it's worth, my partner loved it. I'm sorry, guy. That was very...

Everything I ordered they were out of. So I put my husband order in and the were out of cheddar cheese so he took Swiss. He never got his sauce with his mozzarella stick. So I ordered a ham and Swiss sandwich, they don't sell ham any more . I said you got to be kidding me!!!!! So I ordered the loaded Italian, oh we don't have that anymore.REALLY!!!! I've ALWAYS loved Arby's even growing up, it's one place that NEVER had failed me the food was always good, the people were always friendly, yeah sometimes the lines were long on the wkends!! However we stopped at Arby's the other evening and ordered 4 reg roast beef and a Ruben and 1 coke... No fries or anything else. And for those 5 sandwiches was almost 50 dollars?!!!!!
