BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Jackson

Why can't atleast 1 store stay open past 8p! Midnight workers wanna enjoy a biggby on our way to work too!😡 I'm really starting to get irritated with Biggby. Now I have always thrown my loose change or a single or 2 in their little tip jar. But why every time I hand them my debit card they ask me if I wanna leave a tip on my card!. Like FOR WHAT??!!!All u doin is making a coffee and handing it out the window!! It's not like u a server making $3 an hr running back and forth to the kitchen bringing multiple plates of food, sides, drinks. I feel like they try to pressure,or guilt u into giving more money. Went to get some coffee an hour before close according to Google and the sign on their door. Someone had their car parked in front of the drive through speaker and they refused to move. We inched forward, flashed our brights, and honked. They looked at us in the mirror and didn't respond. I tried to go into the lobby and the door was locked. There was an employee visible inside who refused to look towards the door when I knocked, loudly and repeatedly. Seems like they decided stop people from ordering but still get paid. They've messed up our order at this location multiple...

A few times I've been to the Cooper st location and each time they are rude and both times I've gotten charged for a 24oz coffee and they gave me a 20oz coffee & the coffee is never hot I was so excited to get a biggby right down the street but they been nothing but a disappointment I'll continue going across town maybe the Cooper st employee's can take a field trip there and learn the size of the coffee cups and how to say good morning or hows your day instead of having the nerve to ask for a tip when you just gave me the wrong size cup...
