Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jackson

Would actually have given a zero rating but it's not an option.. The employees including the management are rude and bully their customers. This incident has happened on 2 separate occasions, 1st time while we were standing outside our truck and trailer (we had a house fire and were preparing it for rebuild) with our food on hood eating by the dumpster so we would not take an entire section of parking spaces or block other patrons from coming and going. While eating we we began to be yelled at to not even think of dumping our furniture in their dumpster. I can only assume we were being accused of this because our king size mattress was out utility trailer. We tried explaining we had no intentions of doing so (we were actually on our way to dispose it into my sister's dumpster because ours had not been delivered yet and decided to eat there 1st since we no longer had a home to cook in. But they refused to listen to us regardless and continued yelling these accusations til we just left. The 2nd incident occured approximately 6 weeks later and was increasingly more hostile with employees standing by their vehicles parked behind us threatening physical behavior while management stood outside video recording us saying they had our license plate number and called the cops because they seen us using their dumpster, at which time told them that we hope they did call the cops because we were also going to have the cops go back and check the cameras recordings showing on both occasions we were falsely accused by the same staff and would be in return filing charges for threats being made and falsely making a police report. We waited for 40 min and still no police officers came and staff continued to neglect their jobs to stand and video record. At that time we asked them if they were sure to get our license plate number and to send the cops to us if they have any questions. This time we ended up throwing entire meal into dumpster since they refused to allow us to even get a chance to eat anything, all this in front of my 9 yr old autistic grandson who doesn't understand why we are being yelled at. At the time of this review it has been 3 months since that last occurrence, 2 months ago we called ourselves to see if they wanted to speak with us and what motel we were currently staying at and was told no report was ever made which is why we were never questioned... sndh never in my life have I ever been treated with such blatant disrespect of accusations and lies proven to be untrue by any customer service or company in my 51 yrs. I have purposely made it my mission to explicitly tell family, friends or anyone else to not give their business to little ceasers respectfully but also made sure they knew which store specifically to not go to and recommended they at least drive the extra distance to use a different store. worst experience in our...

its a meal on the dash place. I'm making an edit this pizza is greasy gooey it's nasty and when you want it more done they act surprised and almost rude. 2ND UPDATE: my truck has problems so the lobby was where I needed to go, they closed it 45 mins early!! This is on a weekend night! The girl behind the counter stood in the same spot for a while, so why close it if someone is there. I went ahead to the drive thru, there was quite a long line I finally got up to the order box. I was asked what I would like then was abruptly told to hang on, well I waited and waited then finally was asked what I wanted again, I told him very clearly a 3 meat treat, he said "you want a 2 meat, I said a lil louder no I want a 3 meat, (put into mind there is NO 2 meat treat!!) he screamed so loud at me it startled me. He was so rude I left the order box and went ahead, as I was waiting I decided not to get the pizza I will never go to little Caesars ever again. I used to buy quite a bit of food there but their service has declined now there's temperamental children there now , by the way he wasn't at the window when the extremely long line got there, there was another child like girl there that acted like no such person was there, she spoke with such a childish voice and didn't really even make sense. I didn't even want the manager she was right there but didn't say anything. I placed an order online and headed out to go get it. When I got there I tracked it online and it said in oven... I waited and checked again, still in oven. After a while longer, I walked inside to inquire about my order. The young man found it in the computer but not in the heated cabinets. He then walked over and checked a stack of pizzas on the table and brought them to me. When I got to the car, I realized one was made wrong so I went back inside. If I wanted it remade, it'd be another 15 minutes or so. I asked if I could get something already ready to go, they handed me back the pizza they had made wrong for my order. I said I didn't want that, we didn't like the toppings on it. I asked for a different pizza or my money back for the missing one. Another young man came over and refunded my money and pushed the messed up pizza towards me. He said I voided your order, you can even have this. At that point I left.... we drove 15 minutes home and checked the pizzas. They were all ice cold! Not even a little warm. We can order from others further away and they stay warm. These were not even room temperature, they were cold. I'm not sure how long they sat on the table or if these were even part of my order. I realize my money was refunded, I didn't end up paying for these at all. But these pizzas shouldn't have been served to a customer. I didn't care about getting my money back. I wanted dinner for my family, if I simply cared about the money I wouldn't have ordered pizza in the first place. I would not recommend this...
