I went in a few weeks ago to grab a sammy before work. Got all the fixin's only to realize I left my debit card in the car. I was going to go outside to get it when this wonderfully sweet lady insisted on paying for my lunch. Even though I told her I appreciated it and she didn't have to she insisted. Rude & unfriendly staff also in a big hurry to push you out the door. Not even a thank you or a welcome. Sandwiches was not made proper I was clear and repeated it twice what I wanted. I even mentioned I was having a hard time hearing. One of the workers couldn't remember what was on a cold cut after I mentioned I wanted extra salami and ham and said it doesn't come with that and only just the cold cuts.

Read moreI placed an online curbside pickup ord er for 2 roast beef subs and when it was supposed to be ready, they told me they didn't have the order and their only suggestion was for me to call all the other Subway stores in Jackson to see if I could find it. Their attitude was they could care less about my $20 order. The staff at the Walmart store were the only ones who were willing to help me.
