I waited almost 27 minutes in the drive thru on my lunch break. It may have been the longest (by far) I have ever waited in a fast food drive thru lane. When I arrived there was 7-8 cars ahead of me and each one must have taken about 4 minutes to move. What is even worse was I sent a letter and email to BK letting them know how bad this was. The regional director called me back later that night and informed me he would look into this and call me back. He said his initial investigation was they were moving "rather quickly at 2.3 minutes per car....) This was obviously not true but I waited for his return call. He has never called.
With no one eating in the front part of this diner, you would have thought at the lunch hour they would whip you out of there. And if not, and someone complained and took the time to tell them, they would try and apologize and offer you some food and whatever to restore some brand loyalty. But after writing to the CEO of BK, and their investor relations, NOT ONE PERSON HAS CALLED ME BACK. It is got to be the one diner in Jackson Michigan that you must avoid at all costs. And shame on BK for not caring about hardworking VETS who only want a burger in maybe 10...
Read moreToday is Sunday, the weekend of Memorial day weekend. I went inside BK thinking it would be faster than the drive-thru. WRONG!! I/WE waited and waited. Finally, the manager came over to help all of me. I gave the manager my coupon BEFORE starting my order. The coupon states; 2 Croissan'wich's, medium tater tots and medium drink. My Order was rung up wrong, but after I told her the order was wrong, she correctd it and I paid the coupon price. I had to wait about 15-20 minutes for my order, but it WAS FRESH and CORRECT. During my wait, I found out a couple of people had called off. That's NEVER good for anyone or any fast food place. I also noticed one employee that really stood out, Hannah. She was quiet but seemed to be keeping everyone on track, moving in the right direction and was courtious to all the customer's who came inside. What a great asset for this store!!! Hannah, should be a knowleded for her EXCEPTIONAL servce. This experience is NOT normal for this store. Tho today, was not great, it WAS HOWEVER understandable. Thank you for the GREAT HOT FOOD!! The speaker sucks and my husband asked what all came on a sandwich and the guy explained but the speaker doesn’t work as well as it should and when my husband asked if it had sauce the guy( who I have never heard someone be as rude as he was) said in the most rude tone “I just said there was sauce on it”. After that he continued with his attitude and we are completely appalled that this happened. We weren’t trying to be rude by any means and this employee had the audacity to have a terrible attitude.What a rude human working at this place. We both agreed we will not be back and that was the most rude someone has ever treated us. Thankfully a woman at the window was nice to us and we were completely nice back. Just can’t believe the guy had the capacity to talk to someone like that. Hopefully people take notice...
