Terrible service. Terrible attitude of owner (guy with a ponytail). Customer was speaking to his friend about the price of the food. Customer personal opinion. (He believes that the price for 20 wings & fries were too expensive. 49.86. (Customer personal opinion + conversations between customers and friend) Owner overheard conversations and became immediately upset with the customer. Owner tells the customer that he's being rude and disrespectful. How? For his own opinion? Customer proceed to pay for food because its a BOB plus its JSU homecoming. Owner continues to argue and ask customer if he want a refund. Customer reiterated to owner " hey, this is a conversation with my friend". Owner runs to security asking customer to leave. Local community and surrounding area please do not support this business. Unprofessional, rude attitude, negative environment and overpriced. They also have a 12% service fee. This fee was set by the business owner. This fee is typical around 3 to 4%. I strongly suggest The Iron House. Its walking distance, reasonable price, better food, nice...

This establishment is a HOT MESS. First, it was $10 to park then $20 for my husband and $10 for myself just to enter a "BAR". Everything on my receipt was not charged correctly according to the menu. I ordered Mozzarella Sticks menu says $5 got charged $5.50 I ordered the Pork Chop Sandwich and fries and I confirmed twice and the waitress rung him up for the Pork Chop Dinner; menu states $14 and it charged $14.50 when the Pork Chop Sandwich was $10. My Bacon Cheeseburger was listed as $11 and they charged $11.50. Did I mention that my husband and I sat at the bartop just the two of us and they charged us an (after 9pm gratuity charge of 18%) BEFORE taxes. TOTAL RIP OFFS. I've gone a few times. Mostly, the experiences were not bad. The highlight is that their food has not been a disappointment. By all means, ORDER THE TACOA and the $2 Daquri on Tuesdays. In fact, until this past weekend, I've only gone on Tuesday evenings.

Going after 1030 PM. is a different experience. Service is very slow, and honestly, I think it may be a lack of intelligence in the servers. They've completely neglected an order for my party (group). On most recent occasion, we paid for a section and it took us an hour to get the bottle or hookah. It wasn't crowded. We also ordered food that we never got.

I think that what's lacking is an Operations Manager. I may visit on Tuesday but as a 'nightlife' spot? I'm not paying $400 bucks...
