Here now. Signage unclear. Art Center building appears closed. All phone lines are sent to a non descriptive voicemail. Large banner saying that Islamic Museum is inside is still on the outside of the Arts Center Mississippi but I walked across the greenspace to the Art Museum and found out from a nice worker there that the International Museum of Islamic Culture has moved not too far away. Such a treat to find this museum, and in Mississippi of all places! Right now they are in the process of slowly moving to a new location. You can see an exhibit on manuscripts from Timbuktu that date back to the middle ages at one of the MS Museum of art complex buildings.
