I'll start with it waa Friday night and there was only 3 employees in the store. I was on vacation with my family. The young lady who waiting on us was polite, but not familiar at all with how to use the online codes from the opp to use instore. The other lady working, Rose, was not much help to her. The cook was nice and helped as he could.
I ate inside, the menu said the 6pc strip dinner was $9.67 and I used the app in store for the $3.00 off; I was charged $11.67 and $3 off with tax, I still paid $9.63....WHAT HAPPENED TO THE $3 OFF of the instore price??
I also placed a mobile order for .85 cent blizzard with $1 purchase. Paid thru the app. The order was completed through the app, said order would be ready at 9:16pm. I WAS IN THE STORE THE ENTIRE TIME. When I asked about my mobile order at 9:23pm, the employee Rose said they had not received my order. I showed her the purchase in the app and the emailed receipt and she WOULD NOT honor the order or try to help in any way other than telling me I would have to handle it through the app. At 930pm, Rose said if you are not waiting on an order you needed to leave because the lobby was closing. I was waiting on my mobile order so I did not leave. Moments later she came out and told me she had to ask me to leave. She still refused to honor my mobile order. I walked out, of course I was mouthing as I was leabing because I've paid for an order that I am being refused.

Read moreI actually felt sorry for the three workers that were doing their best to keep everything going, during lunch hour. The young lady, Kristen, was taking orders at the inside counter and the drive through window, along with making shakes, sundaes, and ice cream cones. There was only one young man doing all the cooking, and another young man keeping the trash emptied, wiping off tables, mopping, the floor, and taking orders out to the dine in customers. This young man always had on plastic gloves when he took food out to the customers. Some of the customers were so rude with their side eye comments and walked out. These customers didn't seem to get the fact that these three young people were doing the best that they could do, while remaining calm and professional...

Got a large cone in drive thru and the cone was beyond stale and ice cream instantly runny has in it was handed out the window runny. Not DQ standards I'm use to as I travel a lot for work and eat several cones per mth at various locations cooperate should do a random unannounced visit and see what's up before it's completely out of hand here.
