Mattress Firm Jackson — Hotel in Jackson

I will start off by saying that I've bought many mattresses in my life. 100% of them came with a shady salesperson. Mr. Jerry didn't make my wife and I feel that way. In fact if it wasn't for Mr. Jerry we would still be looking for a bed. This man put our minds to rest. He sold us because he was honest and forthcoming with information. We have heard every sales tactic in the book except the honest truth. Even on the things we anticipated him lying about he cared enough to tell us up front. The world needs more people like Jerry Stanfill. We haven't tested/received the mattress yet as we just placed our order today it's supposed to be delivered tomorrow. And if I need to update this review I absolutely will. But from today's experience 9/28/2023 I absolutely recommend any and everyone that can afford a higher end bed go to Mattress Firm. I'm NOT saying that because I'm rich. We save for big purchases and expected the price. They seem to have comparable prices to other stores but they are specifically a mattress store so they have the most experience when it comes to determining how best to help us as consumers. Mr. Jerry! I will start with that! I went to Matress Firm immediately needing a mattress/boxspring set; on a budget; and hoping not to deal with a disgruntled Salesman. I got all three! I walked in an had to wait a bit because there were only two Salesman, both with customers. Don't let that deter you, because when Mr. Jerry did help me he was very professional, friendly and helpful in helping me choose a bed that accommodated my budget and back issues. He offered a payment option that worked perfectly for my budget and the application process was quick and painless and I got a great discount (sale). I will be getting my set soon and will come back to leave an updated review, but as a start I'd say Matress Firm is a place I'd suggest based on product and my customer service experience. They delivered 2 different box springs. We tried to communicate to solve the issue. They say they will call you back but they dont. Asked to speak with district manager and he doesn't call you back either. Still waiting for the box spring that THEY originally told us we should of gotten with are 4200 purchase. They are Changing there story making look like it's are preference in the box springs. We Do not recommend this jackson store. We are Going to complain to their ceo John e next.
