Firehouse Subs Van Drive — Restaurant in Jackson

Long story short, I ordered from here through a delivery service. Right before my order was due to be delivered it was canceled. I called store to see what was wrong and it was an internet issue. (out of their hands) She advised to go through another service, which I did. My food finally arrived and half of it is missing. I immediately called the Doordasher and was told how rude the people at Firehouse were and that is all she was given before she just hung up. At this point I am just done and call the store to request refund. I was given the manager on duty, who not only was the nicest person, but asked what was left out, got my address and brought me the missing stuff along with extra stuff. He was not paid or tipped to do that. Doordash was. The Doordasher was responsible for checking order, but if she was on here cell there like she was here then I am sure she didn't pay a bit of attention. I visit Firehouse Subs frequently and never had a problem but today was different. The service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! There were 3 people working (1 being the manager) and they had just too much going on behind the counter. The manager Donald (I think that was his name; he was a short black guy) was very rude when I asked for a refund. There was one girl there that did not have on a shirt and was told she could serve the customers and she stood back there anyway. It was waaaayyyyy to much talking and having fun instead of fixing the customers food. My partner and I sat there for 15 minutes or more while they talked, laughed, and joked around. The other girl was moving at a snails pace as if she was just fed up with the job and didn't want to be there. For Donald to be a manager he was VERY unprofessional. I don't like a lot of playing, talking, and going in and out of the establishment while you are fixing my food. He actually stood there and argued with my partner about the refund. we don't eat here very much , why do they never listen some people dont like pickles . Pickles leave this disgusting taste on the bread. making it soggy ...
