Farish Street Burger Bar — Restaurant in Jackson

My lady and I visited this place a few weeks ago and were highly disappointed. So, we arrive at 1:30 pm. As we pull up, another customer was exiting the building shaking their head as if they were displeased. I disregarded his gesture and proceeded to enter the establishment. As we sat down, we grabbed a menu. There was no one up front or anything. So after sitting for about 5 minutes a young gentleman comes from the back and asks “yall tryna order?” I answered, yes. He proceeds to leave the building for about 1 minute. When he returns he says, “we gotta make a grocery store run. We ain’t got no food yet”. Now it’s 1:30pm and you’re not prepared for the day?? I guess I wasn't Black enough to get service here. I stopped for a burger because it looked great online Walked in stood at the counter for about 3min the guy behind the counter completely ignored me there was another guy who was sitting on my side of the counter but he wasn't eating or ordering anything. Being blond blue eyes and about as white as any German/Irish can be They didn't even acknowledge me much less asking if I wanted to order something. Ended up at the Cook out which was disappointing to say the least. But not as disappointed as I was being ignored when I was ready to order food for 3 and if it was as good as it looked I would have told everyone at the carnival working the State Fair to check it out. I've tried this restaurant twice this week and day one my food was delicious and fresh because I got the farish street Philly with fries. Now on second day, I ordered a burger with rotel fries and the nachos with kool-aid. My food wasn't all that fresh cause it most likely sat in back due to poor customer service especially since I called it in and arrived before estimated time. I told guy sitting behind counter that I was there to pick up call in order and he just sat there like he didn't work there. When food came out for previous order, the guy at counter asked what did you order and when I made it home I saw burger was burnt and dry with no flavor. So my only recommendation is Rotel...
