Bought my Hondas at Victory and one more little car for my son, Scion (?, looks like a roller skate). First, Honda is my SUV of choice. Second, I've always been treated well, everyone is so helpful and friendly. Since big brother is watching me, he obviously knew I went to Victory today. My dog died last month and I was refitting the interior of my car. I could not get the back head rest off to put the new seat covers on. A friend tried and he couldn't get them if either. I took it to the Honda experts. They got the head rests off and I was finally able to get the new seat cover on. New deep dish floor mats, console cover, looks like I have a new 6 year old car! As soon as I figure out how to do it I'm going to add red led interior light and eventually running boards. My car looks new without all the fuss but it's fun to add the tweaks and keep the original sharp. This is my last car ever because life is real and things happen to seniors. Another reason I stay with Victory, the Honda is very reliable, durable and comfortable. I had my first ever Honda for nearly 20 years before retiring it to my son's first car (that he immediately wrecked). I also feel confident that the Victory team will take care of my Honda needs. My salesman, Bradley, and another salesman even came to get me to take me to get a minor surgery and drive my car home! Bradley has long since been promoted so he's useless to me now. Kidding! He deserved a big promotion. Whahoo for him! I know it's a little more expensive to take Honda Baby in for routine maintenance and I do know an excellent Honda doctor but my experience has taught me to take my car to one place for the life of the car. Victory Honda and Honda vehicles...
Read moreWhen I arrived there were a total of ten cars in line, myself included. We then proceeded to wait a full hour before getting to the order window where I tried to order a small vanilla shake and a brownie concrete, only to be told they're out of vanilla. Whatever, we'll make do with chocolate so we get a small chocolate shake and a brownie concrete instead. Wait another ten minutes to pay, where they then completely forgot I ordered the shake -- wasn't even put on the ticket. The cashier actually argued with me about whether or not I ordered it, except I know I did because we had to get chocolate instead of vanilla. They then redid the order and made the shake, which didn't take a super long time thankfully. However, an hour and $9 for a mini shake and a regular concrete isn't worth it at all.
I gave it two stars simply because while the service was absolute garbage, the wait times are stupidly atrocious (there was actually a three car pile up during my wait that managed to happen, all the cops and ambulances got there, and they managed to mostly fix it all in the time we were waiting), and the prices are absurd -- the brownie concrete is actually pretty good. Otherwise it'd be a 1 star review.
All in all, unless you're willing to wait an hour or there's no cars in line,...

The staff is fast and friendly, the pricing is perfect for the quality and amount of the food, I always get fresh and hot meals every visit, the burgers are very flavourful, the fries and veggies are always fresh, the custards are DELICIOUS, (highly recommend their fall custards, they are so good!) when I eat inside, the staff checks on customers, ask them how the food is, if there's anything they need, and continuously check to make sure there's no spills or mess's. The staff works together to make sure customers leave with a smile, and are always staying positive and smiling continusly. They always greet and always give me a farewell message on my way out, leaving a smile on my face as I leave, they've never gotten my orders wrong, they make sure I have my full orders, need any extra sauces, napkins, forks, etc. they put 110% effort into all their good work, and they always remain positive, kind,...
