Zero Stars - An absolute disgrace of an establishment. It’s run by adolescent individuals that do not take their responsibility seriously. Too busy to talk to me a drive up menu I had to say hello 3 times before I got an irritated “One Moment” response. Everyone laughing and BSing, fries got spilled on floor while being moved from fryer to salting spit because the young lady was looking as who she was talking too rather then focused on the job. Food bag ripped handing out window because kid at window handed a full bag with two finger rather then supporting from the bottom. As just one customer that is a lot of wasted food in my 10ish minutes at the window. As a family of six eating out it is always expensive. The expectation is that the food will be on par, whether it’s fast food or not. Everyone needs to take pride in their job whatever it may be. The fries were chalky. The burgers lacked the main ingredients that they advertise, i.e. the Big Jack burger did NOT HAVE ANY CHEESE ie Jack. The burger patties were sad and dry like that had been in the warming tray ALL DAY. If you want fast food, you are better off going to the dominos or even McDonalds over this place. They take pride in their work and we are very grateful for that. The worst thing is to order food, get home, and then realize they got it all wrong. Every time I have come here something isn’t in my bag that I paid for. I gave it 2 tries. Tonight I’m upset more than the first bc I worked all day, I’m a single mom, and work 20 mins away from home, and got off late so I thought hmm jacks has online deal let me order ahead pick it up before I pick my kids up so we can have more time to relax bc tomorrow it’s back to school and I work everyday and I didn’t want to cook this one day ! And they left a whole side order out that I didnt notice til I got home with kids in side. I’m tired and pissed and making macaroni to go with the meal that was supposed to be complete so my kids won’t think about fries I promised them. (You should’ve checked the bag) I literally shouldn’t have to. I can come get them tomorrow? Why would I when I have nothing else to go with it now and that was my last I spent on a meal that was supposed to be complete? They also gave me the wrong pie. The first time I came I ordered 3 pies they gave me 1 and my chicken order. If you come here check behind them bc someone isn’t doing something right. And it’s annoying and wastes my money. Typically I receive excellent service and a very correct order from this restaurant. However, on this day I ordered a breakfast special with no grits. In place of the grits I asked for a biscuit since I was told that I could not receive eggs (which is what I usually get at this restaurant in place of grits). My understanding is that the breakfast special comes with bacon and that is what I usually receive with my breakfast special at this Jack’s restaurant. However this morning I received sausage instead. Also I received grits Which was the one thing I asked them not to include in my meal. Not only did I not get my extra biscuit, but I did not get a biscuit at all. Also I do not especially like hashbrowns, but apparently instead of my biscuit or my eggs I got hashbrowns added to my meal.
