Quiznos — Restaurant in Jackson

DO NOT EAT HERE. I recently ordered 60 regular boxed lunches for a local university football team. We paid for each box to come with a regular sized sandwich, cookie, and bag of chips. Instead, I received a small sandwich and no cookie in half of the boxes. When I called the next day to be reimbursed for the missing cookies and small sandwiches, I was told that I could not be helped. After contacting Quiznos' corporate offices, the owner was willing to come to a settlement. Less than an hour later, I received another phone call from the catering manager who actually berated and harassed me for "lying" about the service I received. He even told me I sounded young and that I sound like I have issues... I can't make that up. He even threatened to have his girlfriend speak to me on the phone. I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional business. I will NEVER again do business with this Quiznos. You would think for an order of over $300 an effort to maintain business and some sort of professionalism would have been made. I am immensely disappointed and flabbergasted with...

We ordered 3 subs. My husband ordered first and told the guy just how it comes ( it comes with tomato and lettuce) then my kid and then me. They made them fast. But when they came out of the oven they asked what else we wanted and I thought it was my husband's but it was my kids. They had wrapped my husband up and never asked him what he wanted even though we were all standing right there. And unless I leaned all over the chip display I couldn't see the subs while they were making them. But back to my kids sub they asked and at first I said how it is and then quickly said oh wait mayo. Guy rolls his eyes. Then when we open the subs up my husband's had no tomatoes or lettuce. My kids was covered in mayo. Like so much neither of my kids wanted to eat it. I took napkins and wiped some off but it was still to much. The workers were rude and seemed annoyed that we were there asking for a sub at a sub shop. I love this place… sometimes coming in two or so times a day for lunch and dinner. It is 2:58PM. They close at 3 according to Google. I wanted to order at around 2:55, no answer. I will be coming back, but will have to make sure they don’t close early. Also, the daily deal is $1 more than advertised online. (Updated review: The owner is very nice.
