AMAZING SERVICE! I am from Toronto Canada, and ordered a back pack assuming it was shipping to Toronto. I saw my invoice said IN STORE PICK UP. I was frustrated and figured I would call the next day. I woke up to an email with what they could do to get me my purchase, without even asking. They noticed the fact I was outside the USA and took it upon themselves to rectify MY problem. I may not shop here again being from Canada but I will always take a look at their inventory before buying somewhere else, I can assure you of that! Thanks again!
