Since Starbucks is wayyyu overpriced for a coffee shop i didn't appreciate the limited selection of fridge items. Plus I ordered a grill chz/ ham and chz both WELL DONE. I overly specified that to Jayden...because he was both chef and cashier. He proceeds to do what he wants to do and just runs it through the machine 1x. Luckily I was standing there watching 👀. So I said to him, hey Jayden you forgot I said we'll done a bunch of times? He says we'll it's really only 1 setting. Unless you want to send it through a 2nd time? I'm like yes please send it through a 2nd time. I'm ok with a little burn. He's like ok. But $25 for 2 little sandwiches and the gouda/egg box can I please have it how I ordered it... geezzzzLuizzzzz!!!!! He fixed it right. But his initial response was I'm just going to give it to her like this. Read moreGoing to Starbucks meant a lot to me to be able to do this morning, since I've been struggling alot lately. I'm a new rewards member on the app, and when I was asked to scan my phone using it, I wasn't sure what to do, or how to do it. Kayleigh not only showed me how to navigate the app, but explained what scanning the barcode does, and why I always want to always do that for the future when ordering at the check-out counter. She said it allows the point of sale to connect with the member by pulling up their profile, as well as it allows for the member to get the most from the advantage of being a mobile app rewards member (1pt per $1 spent). Because I scanned the barcode, she also didn't have to ask for my name when I placed the order, as I had already entered it in the app. This information was very helpful. Shout-out to Kayleigh for being knowledgeable. The app is very efficient (since my receipt was made available right there on it), and my order was made just right! Good morning experience....
Read moreWe went in last night and ordered 4 frappes. The girl who took the order was helpful, guessing she may be the manager but the girl making the drinks was new. We gave her the chance and opportunity to learn but she kept messing things up, several times things had to be dumped or remade. That wasn't the problem as much as she had her elbow and hoodie sleeve down in the blender because she kept reaching over it. Half her elbow was down in the blender, we chose to forfeit the drinks we already paid for and just leave. That's gross and unhygienic. So we got 1 coffee out of 4. Even that 1 had to be remade and then cleaned off because it was a mess. Out $20, but atleast I won't be having any hoodie sleeves in my coffee. Please school your employees on proper handling of food and they need to keep their hair out of everything also....
