Poor service at the pick up window tonight for any restaurant. Especially poor for chick til a. Would have given a better rating for a typical restaurant. But lower because of what you expect from chick fil a. I’m manager within my industry so I understand this. My company actually sent me and others thru chick fil training for a couple of days in Atlanta. Employees at the window talking about their frustrations with previous customers and other employees. We told the girl our name for our order. She brings back a ice cream cone. We ordered $45 dollars worth of food. When we told her it was incorrect. She said your not whoever she said. We said no and repeated our name. Then a couple of them started laughing because of the embarrassing situation they were in. Then we got our order. Then we checked it before we left and they forgot my wife’s salad. The. We had to get them to make that. They handed it to us and didn’t say anything till I forced them to acknowledge us leaving. Just ridiculous. Like I said, I actually receive surveys when customers fill them out and I understand petty complaints, but this is a classic case of the youth these days, but primarily a leadership and culture problem. (Best food you can get for Fast Food ) Service - even if they are mean people on their own time doesn't matter, once they clock in and throw on that uniform, Chick-fil-A puts the fear of - well you know how the saying goes. They make sure everyone there has a great attitude towards the customer. Atmosphere - it's very Clean, but a little cramped in the lobby with as much business as they get but that's not even my main complaint. The outside jungle gym for the children looks like it was made in the 1800s while the rest of the restaurant looks like it's been completely restored. I think it's time for a new kids area, that's a Little bigger and updated. I know that's not a huge complaint, but I grew up on the McDonald's playground era, where the business with the nicest and largest playground got our business, it didn't matter how good the food was. Read moreI visit this location often and while it’s one of the busiest I’ve seen, you’re in and out just as quick or quicker than others. Today was the first time I’ve had an issue of any kind. I place my order on the mobile app and do curbside pick up. I placed my order at 12:25 and a little time goes by and I look and it’s 12:45, so I call the store and verified they are doing curbside and a manager, Amy, said they were and she would find out what was going on. She said their systems crashed and she’d take my order and get it right out to me. She got my order out to me in 2-3 minutes. While waiting, I noticed how “bad” their parking lot is. People are so eager to turn into the parking lot they don’t pay attention to which lane they are turning into, and they turn into the exit lane and that was holding up the drive through line customers from getting out of the parking lot.
