On Wednesday, January 16th, around 5:45 pm I ordered 2 extra large pizzas. One was a deluxe with all the toppings and the other we as Italian sausage and green pepper. The deluxe was not fresh and an old cheese pizza was used as a base then toppings were placed on it then heated. Same thing for the other pizza also. It was soggy and definitely not the quality I'm used to from your business. It cost around $42 and not worth it. It was the Marsh Landing location.
Management's Response: My interpretation is the incident was not looked into to determine what happened and a request to remove post?

I want to apologize if you feel our product wasn’t up to the normal standards you’ve come to expect from Renna’s. I certainly can’t speak to that experience but I assure you we strive to deliver the freshest product in every aspect. If someone on my staff fell short on the night in question, we absolutely should make right. I agree and will always do the right thing to keep our loyal following. That being said, I’m also aware of your public rating and comments presented online. Those comments clearly affect a business you’ve historically have good experiences with in the past. Of course, we strive for 100% but unfortunately fall short from time to time. Again, I stand by our product and agree we should make it right when mistakes are made. I am happy to offer you another pizza of your choosing if you reconsider your post online. Being a small business, those comments don’t reflect the effort on all the times we get everything right. The staff was mulling about talking and not interested in us at all. My Husband ordered a medium pizza and garlic bread for a total of $18 plus tip. The garlic bread was a joke. It looked like a small hoagie roll split in half, toasted, with nothing on it delivered on a small paper plate. The pizza showed up and even though we ordered a cheese pizza with pepperoni on half, it came out with no pepperoni. How do you mess up when there is no one else there and only two toppings??? The waiter took it back, threw on some pepperoni, put it back in the oven just long enough to burn the bottom and part of the crust of the pie and re-deliver it to our table. They didn't bother with bringing plates even after having been asked for them and my husband went up to the counter to ask for them. I then had to go and ask for our drink cups, which were handed to me as though I was a bother for interrupting the conversation 3 of the employees were having and got to fill and carry them back to our table. Another employee was in the back peeking out at us and another eating at a table.
The pizza was what it was. Nothing special and even being burned had crust too thin to hold anything from the center on it's own and the sauce tastes like it is from a can. Needless to say, they need to get employees who want to work and not have a social hour when there are guests in the restaurant. And do something with the food. Your prices are in comparison to Al's Pizza and yet, they provide the service and quality food to go along with it. So why would anyone want to eat at Renna's??? I know we...

I ordered probably $70 of food when my family was visiting and discovered after I had already gotten home that they got the order wrong when I called they said they would add me in the "book". Upon returning a few weeks later they ironically could not find my order in there to pick up to compensate for one of the pizzas made completely wrong. The manager insisted I pay full price at a 5% discount which is obviously nothing but pocket change based on what I paid originally. Management is extremely rude and they care ABSOLUTELY nothing about correcting orders made wrong and insist you pay at Maybe a 5% discount , Instead of fixing what's messed up , You have to re order and pay again, which basically means you're paying to re order everything again at your cost!
