Last week I went in through the drive-thru and ordered four classic roast beef cuz he had two for six so we ordered two with cheese and two without cheese All bored ended up with cheese and I'm lactose intolerant so them to went to the trash cuz I was not driving 7 mi to 8 Mile to take it back and I called in and the worker said what was my name she said she was acting manager she took my name and said the next time I want I can have two free classic roast beef so I go to call in today to let them know I'm going to pick up my two classic roast beef My name is nowhere on the list so I had to pay again. LOVE the gyros when made like I like them, no lettuce, no onion, no seasoning. Today my husband picked up one to go. Instead of no seasoning it had no sauce and the meat was over heated so the edges were dry. We live over 20 minutes away so no returning it. Called and a "manager" Terrance said he would replace it.
