Bold City Grill & Patio — Restaurant in Jacksonville

I visited on several occasions but yesterday may ghost have been my last. The mgmt had changed and the seller of alcohol limited to beer and wine for tips 2 glass limited. I sat at the bar ate and drank my usual while observing members of the class of 60 reunion. Had a nice conversation with a family from Pensacola visiting their daughter. Then a gentleman came to the barber and requested a beverage and was given the spill about the change. Ok no problem then the barmaid asked if he was staying at the hotel; he replied yesterday; then she asked to see his key... Now understand none of these questions were presented to me. He complied and was served a glass of wine. I told the barmaid that I wasn't asked those questions nor was I staying at the hotel. She ignored me but the young man made a statement that hurt....He said, "I am not surprised" Well I will go back today to pay my tab. I wish there was a 3.5 stars because that’s what I would give. I went here with my family the other day for an evening dinner and the food was great! The second day I came, the service was not so great. The server wasn’t very attentive and I got a side of mac and cheese to take up to my hotel room (which was great the first night and why I wanted it again), but they literally served me Kraft Mac and Cheese. Had the pleasure of eating here last night as staying at Sheraton. The staff bar tender as well as my server were phenomenal!!! Very attentive and made sure I knew they were there to serve.
