Mattress Firm Town Center — Hotel in Jacksonville

Giving 1 star because a 1/16 star is not an option. Sorry guys, I'm sure you might have a somewhat decent mattress in there somewhere. Hopefully you've stopped selling the biggest P.O.S mattress to make landfall. Seriously to anyone who is smart enough to read reviews before throwing your dollars down a black hole, please read this. Bought the Purple 3 mattress and purple adjustable frame almost 4 years and I have to be honest...my wife and I are both dealing with constant back and neck pain, the adjustable frame stopped working, the mattress is sagging over the sides on both sides of the bed, it has dips in the middle, and to top it off we still owe money on it. I was told by the warranty department to print out a ruler through the site (which prints onto paper) and lay it on the mattress to see whether we qualify for an in person inspection...what a joke! Apparently our paper ruler did not meet their standards as far as a failing product goes. Purchased through #mattressfirm and nobody can seem to help us out with this mattress that has a so called 10 year warranty. We were also sold on the purple pillows on the buy one get one half off deal. For us they aren't a good deal, not very comfortable. Feeling like this wasn't the best investment. Thousands of dollars to be unhappy and no answers. Sorry #Purplemattress but I'm giving two thumbs down. Mattress scam 100%. How can you put a 10yr warranty on something that had not been around for 5yrs at the time. I've been to 5 different chiropractors and still cannot get my life back after this horrible purchase.
