Firstly, I'd like to give a shout out to the young man that made our food tonight, ANDREW! Dude was on top of his game and his customer service went above and beyond any other fast food service employees! Such a great attitude and personality. He was so courteous and respectful which is something you don't see very often these days... especially if you go in closer to closing time. We have a large family of (7) and Andrew did everything by himself with an uplifting attitude and quickly! He definitely deserves a raise, promotion, and whatever else you need to do to keep him employed with your store! He did everything by himself, not because he was the only one working at the time, but because the other employee, HUNTER, was too worried about his phone and getting off early instead of helping with the customers or anything else for that matter! Hunter does NOT need to be working there as he clearly doesn't want to be there. He straight up told the other guy (Andrew) that he was leaving early, right in front of us! Yes! Read moreI googled this subway before going there to make sure they served breakfast. I was hesitant because of all the bad reviews, but I had a completely different experience. Firstly, I called there and the lady working was very nice on the phone. She even took the order and made it while I was on my way there, so it was waiting when I arrived. Not only was the lady incredibly polite and friendly, the store was SUPER clean. Another customer asked 'are you not open for business yet? ' and mentioned all the covers over the food. She said, 'all food is MEANT to be covered at all times.' which shows that this store also carries higher cleanliness standards than others here in Jacksonville. I was a little suspicious that the reviews on here were horrible then great then horrible. I wondered if the positive ones were paid for. I can say however that I am a customer that is sitting in the parking lot right this moment, having just got my food, and feel like this subway went above and beyond my expectations in staff and cleanliness. Read moreWorst customer service. Went in to order my family dinner. Ordered 4 footlong subs. There was a guy assisting me. My daughter doesn’t like cheese, so I always ask if they can put her cheese on my sub, and it’s never a problem. Another employee Larray told him no it will be extra money for extra cheese. The guy making my subs said it’s from another sandwich, and she still argued with him and me that I would have to pay for double cheese. Cheese is included on a sub , if I take my daughters cheese it shouldn’t be a problem. Needless to say, I paid for the two subs already made, but refused to spend anymore money there so canceled the rest of my order and went to the other subway at the other end of western. Way better customer service, way friendlier staff, and they completed my request with no issue as usual. Definitely won’t be back to that location.
