If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I made my order at drive thru, and I don't know what the person on the speaker is going through, but shv should NOT be the first voice that customers hear. Not only is her tone nasty, but she's got NO customer service skills at all. I wish I had a name because I would have complained about her. There may be name on the receipt, but since I wasn't even given one, I wouldn't know. But let me not get ahead of myself. First there was NO greeting, not gdmorning, not hello, not can I help you. All she said was "go ahead". What?!?! Go ahead? Huh, why is this acceptable? But ok I'll roll with it. While giving her my VERY simple order for breakfast, "#2 please with a large coke, thank you", i got no confirmation, no offer to make my whole combo large, she didn't even give me tue total when i asked for it. All she said was "K, second window".... WHAT?! Not pull around, not come to the second window, just "k, second window." So I'm giving the benefit of the doubt, maybe she couldn't hear me well, or ahes having a bad morning. I get to the window and not only is she on her phone, but also carrying on a personal conversation with the coworker next to her. She doesn't acknowledge me, just sticks her hand out the window, I'm assuming to get my payment, however I'm not handing over payment til I hear a total due, or confirmation of order, or hell, just some type of acknowledgement from her other than a hand. When I asked for total she rolled her eyes and gave it to me, all with her hand still out the window. I proceeded to give payment, and without saying anything or even looking in my direction passed a bag out the window, I thank her, still nothing except carrying on the convo with coworker, passed my drink in the same way, I say thank you, passed my change back the same way, I say thank you, but she had already slammed the window before I got "you" out. The customer service is dreadful. No napkins in the bag, no condiments in the bag, no straw in the bag. I was going home so I had all those things that I would have otherwise expected to be in the bag. Now, the food... If I wasn't already home I would have returned and asked for a refund. Not only were the hash browns half cooked and soaking wet with grease, the croissant on my sandwich was stale and in crumbled peices. 1 peice of bacon and the egg was so thin I could see through half of it. The soda was a diet coke, and was supposed too be coke. I through it all out! Absolutely annoying. Iv I was this franchise owner I would be making some serious changes. Horrible employee, horrible food prep, the property was dirty and garbage all over the parking lot. Just nasty, everything . If y'all don't like your job, there is always someone...
Read moreA Disastrous Burger Experience at Burger King I recently visited Burger King, hoping to satisfy my burger cravings, but alas, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing fast food experiences I've ever had. My order, a seemingly simple burger, was nothing short of a culinary disaster.
First and foremost, it was evident that the burger had been preheated and left to languish under a heat lamp for far too long. The bun was disappointingly dry and lacked any semblance of freshness. It felt more like a sad, lifeless sponge than the hearty bread one would expect from a fast-food establishment.
Now, let's talk about the bacon. Oh, the bacon! It was an absolute travesty. Instead of sizzling and crisping up to perfection, it crumbled into an unappetizing mess with the slightest touch. It was like chewing on shards of burnt disappointment, and I found myself wondering how something so simple could be so horribly executed.
To add insult to injury, the overall taste of the burger was bland and uninspiring. The patty, supposedly the centerpiece of any burger, was lackluster and devoid of any discernible seasoning. It was as if someone had forgotten to add any flavor whatsoever, leaving me longing for even the most basic seasoning.
As if the lackluster burger wasn't enough, the service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and unmotivated, showing no enthusiasm or care for the quality of the food they were serving. It was a stark contrast to the fast and friendly service I've come to expect from other fast-food chains.
Overall, my experience at this particular Burger King was nothing short of a letdown. The preheated burger, coupled with the abysmal bacon and lackluster taste, left me questioning why I even bothered to visit in the first place. I would strongly advise against wasting your time and money at this establishment unless you enjoy tasteless, preheated mediocrity. Save yourself the disappointment and seek out a better...
Read moreWent there on my own after my attempt at cooking dinner didnt come out right. Ordered a double whopper with cheese and two double cheeseburgers and fries. Get my food, check to see I had everything, then went home. Got home and set the food out. Wife tells me that her double whopper is not correct. I ask whats wrong and she proceeds to tell me there is no cheese and and they put mayo on it (she wanted it with only light ketchup, mustard, and pickles only, plus the cheese). I check my double cheeseburgers now and find I only received regular cheeseburgers. On top of that, the fries were salter than the ocean.. Frustrated since I live a few miles away and in bad weather it takes a few minutes to get to the location, I try calling the store 4 times, nobody picked up. So with no other recourse, My wife and I drive back to the store. The manager asks what the problem was and I explain whats wrong. She has her cook remake the burgers, telling him exactly what needs to be on it. I didn't bother complaining about the fries. I get the three burgers and we head back to the car in the pouring rain. For giggles, my wife says let's check the burgers before we leave, i laugh thinking no way the messed it up twice, I was wrong. My 2 double cheeseburgers were perfect. My wife's double whopper on the other hand was still missing the cheese and light ketchup. I get out of the car to run back inside real quick, still down raining cats and dogs outside, and the lobby doors are locked. Less than 5 minutes elapsed between us getting in the car and the doors being locked. The manager says we have to go around to the drive thru. So I get back into the car and instead of having them remake the burger again, we just requested the cheese slices and left. Got home, put some ketchup on it and at the half cold burger. Pretty bad experience considering that location usually does so well. But I know we won't be going back there for...
