Captain D's — Restaurant in Jacksonville

! I WILL NEVER COME BACK ! DUE TO HOW MY EXPERIENCE WENT TODAY. I will have to say this for being a mother of a newborn it is hard work to do all the running around town and trying to find warm water for your child to make a bottle. I prefer my child not to be screaming nor cause a scene due to he's also hungry and since I do all the running around town and got to feed my child every 2 hours. I ask for some water to be heated so other customers may enjoy their meal then trying to hear a yelling child and I can clam my child down and be happy. So 10 minutes waiting for this water I waited nice and patient while my great great grand mother holds and tries to keep my son clam. He comes to the table and makes the most rude ass comments" asking is that warm enough for you", with hot steam and almost melting my bottle. lets just say and treats us horrible and others with his damn attitude. Which made the environment feel horrible and lets just say I didn't. Even finish eatting I wasn't any happy only the time enjoy there was when I went...

I didn't even go back and pick up my food that they owe me That's how horrible it was All three girls was on their phone at once with another Well I don't know if it was a boy or a girl but it had glasses on and they were all on Instagram looking and laughing at something and she just gave up on the order and they had the guy come from the back to try to take care She roam me up for the wrong platter She went to school with my niece and don't even know it She said she acts like that regardless the fact she has no patience She surprised that she had a job when you know you're going to get that type of service you just give up on it You don't even want your money back Just don't even want to deal with it The manager was professional though he tried to do his best he could but that's what happened when you have three or 14-year-olds in there working. It’s been years since I last ate anything from any Captain D’s. And I literally know that I will never buy from this location ever again.

I ordered baked fish with green beans and broccoli last night. The broccoli with steamed, and unseasoned, I was able to easily rectify that. However, the green beans had an odd smell to them. I didn’t think anything of it at the time, but I am currently still suffering from stomach pains, and my head has been hurting on and off the day after.

So it this point, since I haven’t eaten anything else, I can only imagine that someone has mishandled the food. I’m afraid imagine what any one of the employees must have done to make those green beans smell off like that.

But that’s super gross, and I wouldn’t trust to ever eat here again. And no, I hadn’t eaten anything the entire day before,...
