I normally don't leave reviews or complaints. ( Ever ). But i feel like it's necessary especially if this person was the manager or was in charge. So yesterday afternoon around 1- 2 pm we went thru the drive. 1st my sister asked what all comes on the frie bowl combo the young man at the window said " whatever you see on the picture " Well my sister can't see very well and she does use glasses but she has a condition that her eye sight is getting worse. Well he told us what was all in the bowl after she told him that she couldnt see that far ......... And we'll this was the most messed up part when we had told him we wanted to order 2 of the KFC's Famous Bowl Combos which includes a drinks. My sister literally told the young man at the window she wanted 2 Pepsi for that. He responded "okay" After we got to the window He handed us our food but didn't give us the drinks at first, no big deal but when she kindly ask him for our drinks, he litterly looked puzzled like as if he didn't knew what we was talking about So he handed us one drink but the worst part was when my sister asked him for the other drink He wanted to argue with her and tell her " You didn't ask for another " and my sister said yes I did and that was so wrong of him to say that and when we ordered the meal deal, it automatically comes with a drink neways . Like litterly he shook his head and had very very poor costumer service ... Horrible !!! I called to speak to the manager when I got home. What do you know, he answered the phone, he said we was the management and he was the one at the drive thru. Smh 😒 We will not be going back to that KFC ever again. The people are still fantastic, but the food has gone to crap. No one knows why.
We made three trips in a row lately, and we'll it was the greases was beyond belief.
Didn't taste the same.
We let them know at the store, and they said all we can do is tell the owner and Mgr.
They said no refund and replacement was not an option...it would have been the same bad food, so we just suffered and threw it away.. over 60 dollars loss.
We have to go elsewhere now for chicken 🐔
That's sad, because we have been going to Kentucky Fried Chicken since 1967 and now we can't.
We drive 20 plus a mile round trip.
It's just so sad that after 57 years of loyalty, it comes to this.
We very ate at KFC all over America from Kentucky to LA to NYC to Miami To Colorado to Washington state in our travels.
But mostly Texas as it's our home.

My wife wanted to get it, so she made the order, and it was about three times more than the amount that was posted on the glass. When she got the food, she noticed that it was only five pieces of chicken in the box. She told the lady at the window that it was supposed to be an eight-piece. The lady got an attitude with my wife, with my five-year-old listening. He started crying. Since the lady had an attitude, my wife wanted a refund. The person at the window got an attitude again and refused to give her a refund for her messed-up order. On top of that, the food was old and not fresh. Now my son would not have any food to take his medicine, and we are out of our money because they refused to give us a refund for the messed-up order.
