my first trip 5/15/18 I placed my order in the drive through and the gentleman cashier at the first window was very polite , Nice and very customer oriented. The cashier Jasmine E giving me my order was very rude, did not talk to me while handing me my food. I asked a question about my order and instead of an answer I received a dirty look from her as if I'm not supposed to ask a question. It would be nice to receive your lunch from somebody who looks happy to be there and happy to help you.
My second trip 5/23/18 This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks that my office has chosen to have Taco Bell for lunch. I always go through the drive thru and the cashier Jasmine E is ALWAYS rude. I can tell she hates her job and doesn't want to be there. When I placed my order she input it wrong and I gave her the correct information again and she didn't say a word for 2 minutes. Finally, I ask her if she was going to correct the order. She said YEA in a very rude tone. I finally get to the window and she never makes eye contact with me once. She asked me a question and because she wasn’t looking at me I didn’t know she was talking to me. Then I get even more attitude because she had to repeat herself. She hands my drinks to me and I ask her which one is the unsweet tea and the root beer and she says NOTHING!!! Jasmine is very rude, bad attitude and does not have any customer service skills. If you want to keep your customers happy, you need to move jasmine away from any contact with customers. She will be the reason why I will not come to this...

One of the worst taco bells I have ever been to. 1st off i had trouble will them taking my order which was easy I ordered one grande meal three burritos 7 hard tacos and the guy put soft tacos I brushed it off accidents happen well then I got two nacho bell grandes no sour cream they brought it to me with sour cream so I told him and he fixed it yet again well I went home had all the food out looking at it and it was the saddest order of taco Bell I have ever had no lettuce hardly on my tacos I order three times the cheese on my nacho bell grandes with the guy that took my order messed up and only put two times ok whatever. Got home looked like a regular nacho bell grande no extra cheese so I told my husband I'm taking this back and i did asked for the manager and told her the food looked lousy I showed her the tacos with hardly any lettuce and she said that's the way they do it I also mentioned the cheese on my nacho bell grande and she said that is extra told me if I wanted to add more i could pay for more cheese or lettuce did not offer more lettuce or more cheese I'm standing there telling and explaining all this and she just tells me that's how they do it and that I need to lose my additude, customer satisfaction is below 0 will not ever be going back if she would have offered anything anything to right the wrong I would feel different but she didn't offered nothing to...
Read moreI ordered just a Large Baja Blast freeze and I ended up accidentally paying for the car behind, order. It was partially my fault because she told me my total and my brain didn't process that it was too much for 1 drink. However the reason I gave 5 stars is because the cashier immediately tried to fix it by giving me a refund. She called over another employee (a guy) and he told she that the manager was doing something so they couldn't give me the refund at the drive through but asked if I could come in for it. Normally, it would've been fine but I was wearing shoes so I just told them I will just accept the payment for the car behind me (under $10) and then I will pay for my drink. The guy immediately started saying that it was fine and I didn't have to pay for the drink. He and the girl both apologized that tried offering me cinnamon twist to make up for it. I declined because I really didn't need it.
Overall, it was a short experience and a mistake on both parts (mine and theirs) , however, the way the employees handled it without their manager was amazing.
