Fresh Blends — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Where do I even start?!. Since moving to the Jacksonville area I have found it difficult to really find places I enjoy going. The amount of fast food restaurants and restaurants that just seem a little to worn down and worn out … makes getting anything good rather difficult. Until one day a co worker of mine took me to the fresh blends location next to target on western….. the happiness I felt walking in blew my mind. The owner greeted us with absolutely pride and joy, the employees fallowed right along side him. The establishment was very clean (along with the restrooms) … something that is of the upmost importance to me personally. Now let’s dive into the food…. I got a veggie wrap and a smoothie…. The smoothie I got happened to have an ingredient that I couldn’t have at that given time and I asked for it to be changed (expecting it to be a slight issue because every place I have been before isn’t to happy to change the item) it wasn’t an issue at all for them… in fact .. they asked to make sure it wasn’t an allergy that needed to be prepared special to prevent cross contamination… I had never been asked that or shown that level of care … I was so happy … the wrap I got was amazing and fresh and delicious…. However the diet I’m on didn’t agree with the dressing nor the peppers …. So now when I go in I just ask for it to be taken out (and it’s never an issue). To say this is one of my new favorite places would be an understatement…… it is absolutely my only favorite place and I will drive out of my way (I don’t live in Jacksonville so it’s always out of the way) any chance i get to stop in. They also have a reward system … so don’t miss out on being rewarded for giving your body some top...

Saturday I had the pleasure of experiencing both locations. While not a first time customer I have to say that today was my best experience. I originally visited the near Target location where the gentleman had amazing positive high energy. He was courteous, thoughtful and polite. He provided valuable information to the guest before me in such a way that it made me want to try a ginger shot. And even though end up with my wrap order being incorrect it led me to further my positive experience when I called the wrong location but was given again amazing customer service. The gentleman at the mall location offered to correct my order there as it was closer to my home after he politely apologized and asked how I would like to fix this situation. Upon my arrival he was already preparing the finishing touches on my wrap, he greeted me by name, asked how the rest of my day was going and passed on the previous gentleman’s apologies. This gentleman also exuded amazing positive energy. I want thank both of these gentlemen for the AMAZING customer service they provided today. May you both continue to be the smile to...

Love this place. Came in recently to purchase sea moss gel and also purchased Black Seed Oil gummies. My 1st time with the sea moss gel.... Was left a little confused. I was under the impression by seeing all the ads online from trusted sites and brands, that the gels had good to great tastes depending on preference of flavor. Figured I'd support local, and purchased Dragonfruit infused Sea Moss Gel.
