Gateway Plaza — Local services in Jacksonville

This shopping plaza probably has just about anything you'd need with the variety of stores. Included are: Target, Petsmart, Kirkland's, Ross, Bed Bath & Beyond, GameStop, Cici's Pizza, Five Below, plus a couple of other small stores, a nail salon, cellular carrier, etc... Close by is also a Lowe's Home Improvement Store, Kohl's, Burlington, with quite a few chain restaurants. This is all on just one side of the main corridor, Western Blvd. Across the street is another long line of Retail stores and restaurants! We visited Ross, and it was horrible. The female staff was awful and rude. I had about 5 heavy bags, my husband had Brain surgery not to long ago and uses a cane. When I asked if a could take a cart outside because the bags were too heavy they said, no and looked at my husband like why don't he help. Then the one lady asked me to park in a fire lane, I said its against the law and she said, so! I could not believe how rude....

This plaza had a good variety of stores. The target is usually crowded when we go. There's always an absurdly long line for self check out and maybe one open register. The PetSmart here is pretty good. We take our dogs to the vet and I buy frozen mice and rats for my snakes. The Ross could be better. They are in need of an update or something. But has anyone checked on Bed Bath and Beyond lately? Are...
