Crumbl — Restaurant in Jacksonville

First time picking up from this Crumbl and I am disappointed! Some of the cookies did not look like the advertised cookie. They were very bland and all kind of tasted the same. It may have just been a bad week for flavors. I got the kentucky butter cake, sticky bun, vanilla milkshake, red velvet and chocolate chip. Again, all pretty much tasted the same, just sweet and buttery. The sticky bun was my favorite but only due to the caramel sauce on top, which wasn't done properly and barely had any of the other topping. The pink velvet would have been good in a week with some other stand out flavors and/or chocolate flavors. The chocolate chips were the most disappointing because they were overbaked and the chocolate chips tasted very cheap and chalky. Definitely not what I am used to at the Oakleaf location. It was my daughter’s birthday so I placed an order online. When I showed up to pickup that night not only was the order not ready, but they were “out of stock.” They said they had given away my cookies because the pickup time was marked as 630 but I didn’t show until hours later. The site said nothing about picking up by a certain time. We’re talking about paid for cookies here, not a table for 6 at an exclusive restaurant. 1) My paid for 5 dollar a piece cookies should be pre packaged and ready to be picked up regardless of time. 2) It only takes 10 minutes to make cookies. When all you sell is overpriced cookies and you have only have five things to choose from you would think that would be hard to run out of stock, hours before you close. I will never count on this place again. They will leave you screwed over without...

I have always loved Crumbl Cookies, however this was my first time coming to this specific location. I was excited to try it out as it is in a convenient spot and not far from where I live however I was disappointed by my visit. Not only were all their kiosks not working but they gave us no prior knowledge we could only pay with cash as they saw us struggling with the screens, they did not say a word. It was only two young girls working there but they were not friendly or welcoming at all. We compromised and decided to use cash but these young ladies made us feel rushed and unimportant as guest, especially while being the only people in there at the time.
