I never leave reviews but I had a terrible experience ordering from this location last night. Tried to have pizzas delivered to the Ciel Apartment clubhouse. We had no problems a few nights ago. Last night, the delivery driver called to say he was dropping the pizzas off on a table outside of the clubhouse but we were confused since we were inside and didn't see him at all. Turns out he was at the front office. Off the bat he was upset like I was somehow inconveniencing him because the front office and the clubhouse "are basically the same thing" when actually they aren't even in close walking distance. The pizzas would've been cold by the time I got there and back with them. Or worse, completely gone and I would've been SOL. So I tried to give him directions to the clubhouse since it's a straight shot by car. For whatever reason he REFUSED to even enter the complex gates (which were open). Instead, he repeated he didn't know where it was and that if I wanted my pizzas I had to meet him outside of the complex at the entrance sign which was further out than the office and not at all a contactless delivery like we specified. When I refused he suddenly switched up saying he can't deliver to a clubhouse like he wasn't just about to drop off the pizzas outside of a random building he thought was the clubhouse minutes before. He went from annoyed to rude and condescending as he talked over me the whole time. Finally he told me that I "talk too much" and that he was "done listening to me and would get someone else to deal with me" and hang up on me. It was extremely offensive but honestly I was done trying anyways. I called the store and spoke with the manager who was polite but unhelpful. His only suggestion was to send the same driver back to the apartments with the same pizzas. By this point I requested to cancel my order for a full refund. He let me know it would take a day or two for the refund to return to my account so I'll update this when that happens. This experience and the driver warrants 0 stars if I could. The 1 star they did receive is for the manager who at least put in an effort and spoke to me like a decent...
Read moreThe so called assistant manager shannon had an attitude when I asked them to pick up a pizza that looked and tasted undercooked and it made me nauseous. I called to have them re deliver a different kind of pizza bc they usually mess up my same order every now and then. So when I asked for a different pizza bc the last one was undercooked she said she can only replace the same order. After several minutes of arguing with a manager I decided I wanted a refund. She then gave me a hard Time with that and said I had to come in to get a full refund. I called corporate they gave me some rant about how sorry they are and someone from that branch would pick up the food for testing since it made you nauseous and the location would be notified immediately and a rep from the store would call to pick up the pizza and issue you a full refund. Welp I waited 4 days with this nasty pizza and pasta in my fridge and nobody ever called. So I drove up there and gave them the pizza and pasta that wa as disgusting and when I asked for a refund they need my debit card which j didnt have on me at the time. They couldn't issue a $20 cash refund from a debit transaction so I had to go home and now I have to call with my card number so they can issue a refund.....talk about the worst experience ever. I just wanted to enjoy pizza and pasta with my family instead I had to go through this. Mind you this is not the 1st incident I had with this location this is just the straw that broke the canals back. Tbh they all need to be retrained in customer service. I would never eat from this...

Ordered 4 pizzas: was delivered with no American and provolone cheese that were clearly stated on my receipt and wasn’t well done as specified. Called spoke to Kyle the manager: he said he left notes and he could either send another batch immediately or call another day to order. Called two days ago spoke to another female rep who said he made a note for only 2 pizzas; she spoke with him and left new notes on my account to specify 4 pizzas and asked to call back another day to order. Called last night to order: the rep said he only sees 2 noted but he can clarify with Kyle: he forgot to put me on hold and I could hear him talking to Kyle(the manager); Kyle asked him to put me on hold and not respond to my order. This rep started telling his coworkers about what Kyle said and used profanity in referring to me and they kept making fun of me and how they were going to make me regret ever calling. After listening for 6 minutes I said Hello, and when he realized I was hearing them he used profanity again and put me on hold and 5 min later hung up. Upon calling again he acted like he was another coworker and didn’t know anything about what just happened: so I refreshed his memory and asked when I could at least put my order for the 2 pizzas and he replied “we can’t take your order until after the rush.” I asked when that was because I had guests and he said after 10 pm. I asked to speak to a manager he said “he is on break and will be back after 11 pm.” He started laughing at me...
